The traditional Long Island is (the 5 "white" liquors in the well) as follows;
1 oz vodka
1oz rum
1 oz gin
1 oz (white) tequila
1 oz triple sec
1 1/2 part sweet & sour mix
splash of coke
Mix over ice in a glass (tall)
pour into shaker, shake briskly
return to glass garnish w/lemon & a cherry & serve

Ingredients:
