It's 30 times hotter than the hottest type of Habanero Pepper. I can't imagine anyone taking a swig of this stuff and living through the experience. Has anyone ever heard of someone drinking this stuff straight? http://www.chez-williams.com/Hot%20Sauce/hothome.htm

I have been told (More than once!) That greens or cabage should be torn by hand before cooking and not cut up with a knife or scissors. Supposedly it somehow reduces their benifit as food? Is this true or just another urban myth? By the way, it is supposed to be okay to cut them up with a knife or scissors after cooking.

I've tried Boca and Gardenburger. Gardenburger is horrendous, but Boca is okay. I'm not vegetarian, I'm just watching my weight. Any suggestions would be great.

I will probably be using a serving plate of some kind with a bowl for the cocktail sauce. Thanks for your help.

I have some rich caramel sauce that is supposed to be refridgerated after opening. However, I accidentally left it sitting out for a day and a half. Once I realized my folly, I put it back in the refridgerator. Will it be safe to eat again? Or did my mishap cause it to go bad? (Also, I was eating out of it with a spoon. Will This have allowed the bacteria time to grow and fester? Is it now ruined? Or should I just eat it up before it has a chance to go bad?)
