I drink socially at dinner, when playing pool/bowling, etc...but, when I go to a nightclub (once or twice a mnth) and I am in that atmosphere...I drink to the point of no return.... I start to get a buzz and it goes from a nice buzz to just 2 drunk...Any tips on how to get a good buzz and just stay that way ?

I like to drink beer. There are a few that I would recommend. Like: Guiness stout, Kokanee, Kokanee Gold, Buidwieser, Canadian, Corona, Wild cat strong, Milers Geniuine draft, and the Grizzly.....oh and, rickards Red is pretty good too. so I guess I would like to here from other Beer drinkers out there, and I'm sure there is alot!!!

I order "seared" ahi tuna last night at a resturant. It was cooked on the outside, but pink, almost raw on the inside. I put the leftovers in the fridge and then ate it more than 24 hours later. I have always heard that you shouldn't let let things thaw and then re-refrigate them. Doesn't this fall into that category. It was warmed, but not completely cooked, then saved. Is this still safe to eat?

Is there anything wrong with washing vegetables in warm water as opposed to cold water? It seems like many places give directions that say "rinse in cold water." Does washing vegetables in warm water before storage hurt them?

I was at party last night had maybe 5/6 vodka and coke with meal and stopped drinking at about 12 I was then dancing for next two hours, Am I still over the limit or how do I know??
