i heard putting lemons inside your turkey when you cook it helps to retain the moisture and also stick bunches of thyme in there too as that helps to retain moisutre too! as for a glaze, we always rub olive oil all over the turkey and put bacon on top of it and its comes out lovely. ive also heard that laying the turkey on herbs will help to keep it moist too, im going to try that too this year! have fun cooking! :-)

Keep basting it regularly, and keep it covered with foil. Cook much longer and slower than recommended. Don't try to crisp the skin, it never works successfully.

COOK IT UPSIDE DOWN FOR THE FIRST COUPLE OF HOURS, THEN TURN IT THE RIGHT WAY UP AND KEEP BASTING IT ,TILL ITS COOKED.
