I have found an old recipe and the oven temperature is 300f, can you please tell me what the gas equivalent is. Christmas dinner is resting on this. Thanks in advance and a very happy Christmas to one and all.

I'm quite sure that 300 F is gas mark 2 and 150 Celsius. Good luck with the dinner! And Merry Christmas to you too!

Looks like you already have the answer to your question. Can you give us the recipe? Sounds interesting with the Baileys.

About gas 3, actually, nearer Gas 2.

Is this hot enough for a turkey? Doesn't sound so to me.

Maybe you're not having a turkey.
