yeah, fry it up for a minute or too (little or no oil if using a non-stick pan) to defrost it, then add it to your sauce and let it all bubble away for a bit. It tastes great, honest. And much healthier too.

Yes. Fry it for a minute or two with some chopped onions in olive oil and then add some vegetable stock to stop it from drying out. Keep topping up the veg stock as the mince dries out and add your sauce as soon as possible.

Yes but it goes all dry. Try giving it a minute or two at defrost in the micro with a sprinkling of water. If you are making something like chili try stirring in a bit of Marmite first.

Yes you can, you just need to gently fry and brown it slightly first. Then continue with your recipe. Really you just use it like ordinary mince.
