How about breakfast burritos. There are many variations to this!

One that is really easy is to use beef summer sausage, eggs, cheese, and tortillias.

You can also use regular sausage, eggs, cheese, and tortillias.

What you do is first depending on which meat you use either slice it up or cook it and crumble. Drain the grease off of the meat. Take your eggs and scramble them add the meat right before the eggs are done. Then place in a warm toritllia with cheese serve with or without salsa.

Easy Breakfast Recipes
Try Scrambled Eggs, Toast, a glass of fruit juice,a bowl of cereal, Muesli, Semolina(Upma) or Poha(flattened dry rice flakes) in a savoury style.
Poha
Wash Poha (about 150-200gms) poha in a colader/sieve under running water and then keep aside for about 20-30 mins.

Heat 2Tbsp sunflower(or any other) oil in a deep pan or wok. Add a tsp of mustard seeds and 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds. when the mustard starts crackling add 1-2 finely chopped green chillies. Saute for 1/2 min and add 1 onion, finely chopped. Saute on medium heat till the onion becomes translucent. Add a handful of roasted peanuts, 1/2 tsp of tumeric powder and salt to taste. Add a few curry leaves(optional). Add the presoaked poha and stir around gently without breaking the poha. DO NOT ADD ANY WATER. Add a tsp or two, according to taste, of sugar. Cover with a lid and cook over medium to low heat for about 5-7 mins or till done. Finish with finely chopped coriander and lemon juice, to taste. Serve hot with tomato ketchup, if required.

Break eggs over ham slices or luncheon meat or salami slices in a non-stick fry pan. Add a dash of salt and cook covered till eggs are done on a low flame. Serve with toast and coffee and a small glasss of fresth fruit juice for a complete, ready in a jiffy breakfast. Wholesome and very.... satisfying!

Make home made pancakes and serve with honey or just plain butter.
Blend together 1 cup flour, 1/4 tsp baking powder, salt to taste, 1 large egg, around 1 cup milk (adjust to a smooth thick batter consistency) 5-7 drops vanilla essence and 3/4 cup caster sugar. Let the batter stand for around 10-15 mins.
In a small non-stick skillet, melt and swirl around 1/2 tsp butter. When hot (not smoking!!!) add 1-2 tbsp of prepared pancake batter and quickly swirl around the skillet to form a thin pancake. Return to heat. Flip over after a min or so. Add 1/2 tsp butter along the edges of the pancake and swirl till pancake is done with speckles of brownish-yelow. Serve hot with butter, honey or maple syrup.
