Years of tastings, working in a fine wine and spirits shop with 2 sommeliers, gone to several seminars on regional wines and wineries. Research on-line and many excellent wine books. Twenty years of passion for wines and vines. I wonder where you got your arrogance about red wines. Most questions here are posted by ordinary people who don't want to be intimidated by wine snobs.

re: How long can you keep a bottle of red wine in the fridge for?
Not to mention you can't even spell 'Palate' correctly.

i replaced right into a wine drinker previously I were given pregnant. even as i replaced into about 3 weeks I had a million glass of wine. I felt so to blame after that I didnt do it back. My ideas on it were "If I dont favor it to outlive, why take the chance". i urge you to not drink even as pregnant yet do not ignore that in 7 mo. you could appreciate each and each and every of the wine you opt for!

I don't understand your question. I trust you on the wine thing though, the temperature really depends on the year and type of wine. Not all wine is its best at room temperature.
