I really need to know - so please don't just say yes or no. I can't find a scone pan in any stores (only online) and becuz they are so heavy, shipping is more than the pan. I would like to bake my scone mix in a larger muffin pan. Or .... any other suggestion is greatly appreciated!

I find that while i'm preheating the grill and while the meat is inside cooking w/ the lid closed,
I can hear a tiny clicking/cracking sound.
it does this randomly every 15-20 seconds maybe
it just clicks/cracks once, and im sure its not the plates.
What could be causing this sound? because i dont feel that anything is loose within the grill, i shook it and it was fine.
Is it normal? and does it happen to you too?
