Butterball has a handy stuffing and turkey calculator at their site: http://www.butterball.com/en/main_canvas.jsp?includePage=prep_calculator.jsp&t=Turkey%20Calculator&s0=plan_n_prep&s1=plan
For example if I was serving 6 adults and 4 children it recommends I purchase a 12lb turkey.
Good Luck!
