No but my best friend cracked an egg open and found a beak. I don't think you'd find feathers because when baby chicks are born, they don't even have feathers. They have fluff. So I don't see how you could find feathers in an egg. But you could find tiny undeveloped chick parts. Ick.

Well, by definition, a hard boiled egg would be an egg submerged in boiling water. With microwaves, the waves are hitting the egg while heating up the water. The point with cooking eggs is to heat them slowly from the outside in. In this instance, the water around the egg really doesn't do much. An egg blows up in the microwave no matter what. Sorry. Great question though.

Don't know about the feather part eathier but it sounds more like: Baalut
(Philippines) How about that great delicacy of the Philippines... Baalut. You take a fertilized duck or chicken egg, bury it in the ground for a few weeks and then enjoy. Also known as "the treat with feet" or "the egg with legs". Best enjoyed after many, many, many beers. This is a Filipino delicacy--a duck egg containing a half-formed duckling, soft-boiled and eaten out of shell with a spoon. (Slurp! Crunch-crunch! Yum!) .
So maybe it was a duck quill.

the eggs we eat are byproducts of chickens' menstrual cycles, unfertile, no chick. so as far as i know, it's not really possible. and even if there was a bird in your egg, chances are it wouldn't have grown feathers yet.
