I am looking for a decent fried chicken recipe/preparation.
I have about just over an hour to prepare it, I only have chicken drumsticks and thighs and basic kitchen ingredients, I dont intend to deep fry, just shallow frying.
Will appreciate preparations, recipes, cooking instructions and timing.

Does anyone know of a good website that has easy to prepare, low calorie/low fat recipes that don't contain ingredients you have to go halfway across the world to find?

My wine has been at a constant 72 degrees fr 6 weeks now under a blanket. I have not racked the wine yet and I see sediment on bottom of my carboy. Will racking the wine kickstart the fermenting process again? This is my first time making wine so I'm open to suggestions.

Everytime I use a friends lighter I always pocket it without even realizing it doesnt belong to me. I don't do it on purpose it just seems natural to me. Do you do the same or are you a victim of lighter theifs? I put this in the drink category because i think my drinkers enjoy a cig after there first drink.

i got a bunch of bottles of condiments in my fridge and no real food. so my fridge only looks like its full of food.

so i want to put all these things somewhere else.

examples:
ketchup
BBQ sauce
salsa's (store bought in bottle)
mayonaise
mustard
lots of different hot sauce's
salad dressings
peanut butter
jelly
etc.....

do i need to refridgerate them like it says on the bottle or can i put them in a cabinet?

and if i do need to refridgerate them. than which ones would be ok to not refridgerate.

and if it helps...
every single thing has been opened
and these things maybe last at most a month

I've recently taken a liking to red wine and started drinking quite a bit of it when I'm out, I don't know anything about it and would like to know if there are any risks or benefits involved?
