A nice spaghetti fritatta made with veggies, meat of choice(I'd do sausage), spices, about 6 eggs beaten....add cooked pasta to all the above and cook on stove (med heat) for about 5 minutes and finish it in the oven for a few minutes to brown the top and solidify the "pie"; let sit for a minute or 2, then turn out onto a nice plate and slice into pie shaped pieces....very yummy! Oh, don't forget to add the cheeses of your choice!
