Roast leg of pork with crispy golden crackling, sage onion, apple and lemon, and Apricot and walnut stuffings, crispy golden roast potatoes and apple sauce, or roast rib of beef, with light Yorkshire puddings, golden roast potatoes and horseradish sauce...plus a load of fresh steamed veg straight from the garden, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, little baby potatoes with the skins on and brocolli...it's for eight lads after they've played football on Sunday

How do I make those creamy french potato's (sliced in cream/milk) so the potato is cooked through and the cream don't curdle? also in english measures lb and oz or kg (i don't understand "cups") and enough for 4 adult portions, also the right spelling for it!

It needs to be a vegetarian sauce and prefabley not a tomato based sauce or too high in fat. Usually have pesto but fancy something different.

lots of family coming for dinner christmas day.my son in law is vegetarian and would like to make him something special.because when he comes here for a meal i just give him same as everyone only replace meat with a couple of veggie burgers or such like.not very adventurous . i would be grateful for some ideas. thanks

...I had chicken pad thai, couldnt eat it all so put it back in the container and left it at room temperature all night.
Ive brought it to the office with me to have at lunch time- but is it safe to reheat in microwave? I thought it was ok as long as it hadnt been in the fridge- but is this right? Already got a nasty cold, dont want to poison myself as well.
