i think the best breakfast food is pound cake with strawberrys and blueberries, along with whip cream.
i think a healthy breakfast is half of a bagel with cream cheese and a pear. Yum! and so much nutrition.

Muesli... not the cereal! Oatmeal (uncooked), grated apples, pineapple, blueberries, pears, bananas, (just about any fruit), nuts, a little sugar, and milk or plain yogurt. It's amazing!
