i got a bunch of bottles of condiments in my fridge and no real food. so my fridge only looks like its full of food.

so i want to put all these things somewhere else.

examples:
ketchup
BBQ sauce
salsa's (store bought in bottle)
mayonaise
mustard
lots of different hot sauce's
salad dressings
peanut butter
jelly
etc.....

do i need to refridgerate them like it says on the bottle or can i put them in a cabinet?

and if i do need to refridgerate them. than which ones would be ok to not refridgerate.

and if it helps...
every single thing has been opened
and these things maybe last at most a month

Yes, especially ketchup, mayonaise, and creamy salad dressings. I work in a cafeteria and I have seen all of these go bad pretty quickly. Ketchup and mayonaise can go bad in a day if they aren't still sealed or refrigerated. Ketchup separates. It's really gross. The vinegar bubbles up through it and the tomato in it can go bad.

Mayonaise is really just egg and oil. Would you leave eggs out on the counter?
Also, creamy salad dressing is milk based. And just as milk goes bad, so does salad dressing. Most oil/vinegar based dressings are ok to leave out.
bbq sauce is very similar to ketchup in the way that it goes bad.
Salsa has vegetables that start to mold quicker if they are left out. I'm not sure about hot sauce though.

Peanut butter DOES NOT need to be refrigerated. It goes bad eventually, but it doesn't need refrigeration. Jelly should be refrigerated because the fruit will grow mold.

Refrigerating pickles keeps them crispier.

Remember that every single edible thing, if left out will go bad. Twinkies will even spoil if they are unwrapped. Oil goes rancid. etc. The only thing that will never ever go bad is honey. all it does is crystallize. Then just microwave it or run it under hot water and it will go back to normal.

You want to be sure you refridgerate anything that has egg product in it, so mayonaisse and most salad dressings DEFINITELY have to be kept refrig after opening.

Ketchup, BBQ sauce and mustard probably COULD be kept out of the fridge but would quickly lose flavor and quality.

Salsa will start to grow mold really quick if it isnt kept in the fridge.

Peanut butter does NOT need refridgeration.

mustard can be left out, so can some hot sauces, peanut butter does not need to be refrigerated unless it is a natural peanut butter (oils in natural peanut butter go rancid, but others have preservatives that keep it good)

Mayonnaise definitely needs refrigeration as it spoils if left out, same for most salad dressings.

don't know much about tomato based sauces (salsa, BBQ sauce and ketchup), but I have always refrigerated them if they are opened.

Basically, bacteria get in once they are opened and the cool temp of the fridge keeps them from multiplying and making you sick.

To be on the safe side I would definitely keep the mayo and salad dressings in the fridge because a lot of those are made with eggs.

The other condiments can actually be stored in the cabinet.

If it say to" rerfigerate" on the container then DO refrigerate it.
Especially the mayonaise. If it is separated it has gone bad.
I don't usually refrigerate peanut butter but it gets used up pretty quickly.

Ketchup, BBQ sauce, Mustard, hot sauces, peanut butter - cupboard.

Salsa, mayo, salad dressings, jelly - fridge

If the weather is cool the jelly could stay out after opening, especially if you use a lot of it. There is never a need to keep unopened bottles of jelly in the fridge.
