There is this girl, who I have liked for a long time. She is the sweetest, most beautiful girl I've ever known. I think she's simply amazing!

Over the past few months, our eyes have met many times in class, and we exchange pleasantries whenever we meet each other. She even made me a Happy Birthday card for my birthday. With all this, however, she was going out with another guy, so I didn't, and still don't, really know if she likes me as more than a friend. She knows I like her, though; I never told her but trying to conceal my feelings for her was/is impossible. Anyway, she just recently broke up with her boyfriend. I've been talking to her best friend, and she said that she would would go out on a date with me. So in your opinion, does this girl like me as more than a friend? Or is this just a sympathy date because she knows I like her? If she wasn't so nice, I would be sure she likes me, but I just don't know. Any opinions?

There have been people up in my area who have been getting engaged for YEARS. I know at least 4 women between 20 and 24 who have been engaged for at least 3 years.

What is your opinion on this? Is it a fad? Do you think couples like this have a chance? What is the purpose of having such a long engagement?

I usually find that most drop dead gorgeous women date men who are average looking, less than average looking, and alot of the time unattractive. I also came to learn that most of those women had very low self-esteem! Is low-self esteem the reason behind this epidemic or is it something else?

I really liked this guy =[.

He flirted with me every day. In class he stared right at me and smiled. He tried to hold my hand and he layed his hand on my side. Well,,basicially he flirted ALOT. And I really started to like him. So I told my friend that I like him. So she wrote him a note and said I KNOW SOMEONE THAT LIKES YOU. And she told him it was me. And then she asked him if he liked me. And he said YEAH AS A FRIEND =[ I'm like crying because I liked him so much and now I know that he doesn't like me. And he's probably never gonna flirt wtih me again and it's gonna be really awkward. Situation 1: As my boss and I are sitting side by side at his desk(he was tutoring me french), he takes my hand into his and holds it with both of his, then with one hand ,then with both again, gently massaging it, as we're going over the lesson. WTF? After about 5 minutes he asks if it's a problem or not a problem...so I nicely asked to have my hand back and he "gave" it back. We continued with the lesson. What was he really doing and whyyy?

Situation 2: I arrived to work late by 1/2 hour, which wasn't my fault at all. So i told him(the boss)when he showed up later in the morning. I started to explain what happened, but he just smiled and went "aww..it's okay", followed by a hug. I didn't really need it. When he hugged it was a reeeaally long one and he wasn't patting my back or anything, just "holding" me. The hug stopped and we exchange small talk for a minute. When I paused, he comes back and does another hug, for a reeeaaly long time. What do you think that was about?

im 5'6", 36 C chest, 29" waist, 36" hips. i dont have thighs that dont touch, but they arent too big either. i like them. im super nice to everyone and always are laughing and smiling. people say i should be more pushier. for example i let people go in front of me out of a door, people say i should push through. im approachable, i always smile like i said before. i always talk to people and introduce myself. i like to know people. im okay looking, people say i have a real cute face? im a junior IN high school. i seem to get attention from guys, but mostly just flirting, but it never goes further. why?

I called him and told him i needed to talk to him..
I told him not to get mad that it was about a guy that was asking me for my number...i didnt even finish telling him and he got mad..so i got mad and i didnt even finish telling him..for the first time i was trying to be honest and tell him that a guy ask me for my number and that he was flirting with me.Why couldnt he just reacted normal i didnt gave him my number, but i didnt finish telling him because he got mad...so then i told him to leave me alone,he pushed me really hard i felt bad and i didnt talk to him i was ignoring him because it hurt that he pushed me..Then later on he grab me by my shirt and pulled me towards him really ugly i thought he was going to hit me but he just threw me .. Then we started arguing and i told him to leave that i didnt want to see him and he told me i didnt know him yet that he will kill me if he had too..i dont know if he really mean it but i dont like what he said..

We are/were together without being together offically. We go to different colleges. I visited him a few weekends ago. He told me about this girl that likes him. Theres this guy i like, ALOT. I think about him so much. He so cute and nice. He talks to me alot, shuts my locker, teases me, pats my head. But if someone says that we like each other he says "eww no, or makes puking noise". He's like the most popular guy in our grade and im in 9th. All these girls like him, he sometimes jokes aroung with them but he never does what he does to me. Even our teacher think we flirt. Im kinda sad thou, cause all these girls that are popular like him to. they hang out and the girls are always on top of him, giving him hugs and saying stuff like "omg, why werent you at my locker" but im not like that, and i cant do that so i only talk to him in my classes and sometimes he teases me outside of class so then we talk. I dont know but i think i should get over him cause i dont think i dont have a chance with him when there are so many pretty blond girls that like him, but he wont let me forget about him, he always makes up a reason to talk to me. :(

its not really a internship its a volunteer job ...what i do is work at a radio station and I have to read a whole bunch of letters ....in the letters ppl are making wishes to be granted for christmas......
and i have to label them in different categories...and i pick out the ones I feel have touched my heart and its a tough thing to do because I cant really read all of them ..just skim because theres so many of them ..they get them like everyday.....100 or so and now i feel bad because i cant really read them or else it would take me forever...and the boss would prob be like hurry up!! and im feeling parrayoned as if im responsible for those ppl that dont get a opportunity i have always feel if i dont read theres its not fair to them therefore those ppl in need suffer and i feel accountable!! i think i want to tell him i cant just pick which ones i feel r more important or have touched my heart the most because they all sound awful situations

I am talking to a woman (I'll call her Ann) who is about to get divorced, but she will not go out with me, other than as friends, until she is divorced. We work together, so we have gotten to know each other really well, but just as friends.(There is a definite chemistry between us) I really like her, and want a relationship with her, but It may be a while before she trusts men enough to be in a relationship again. Many women claim to be looking for Mr Right,Mr Perfect,Mr Sexy, Hot Funny Guy,etc.
