My ex (he's 27 & I'm 25) ended things a month & a half ago after 1 1/2 years together. He said he didn't see us being together forever. We were talking ever other day for the first month of our break up but we never got back together. He would still call me his baby, he didn't want me to date anyone else, we even went on a date one time. Eventually it became to hard for me so I told him we should not talk anymore. He was sad & told me he didn't want me to go away but he understood. We didn't talk for 1 week. He txted me today and said hi so I said hi back. Then he asked how i was so I e-mailed him telling him how I was feeling. He wrote back saying that he misses me, wants to see me but doesn't think we should see each other because he doesn't think it will work out in the end...by the way he owns a house but still lives at home with mom/dad & he still goes on spring break..Is he just afraid to commit? Will he realize one day he loves me? Sould I just give him time/space?

Lately every time I talk to this girl that i like and who likes me I'm at a loss of words. And it happens on the phone and sometimes when were out. There are always long pauses and awkward silences. Its hard for me me to think about topics that sparks her attention. Is there something i might be doing wrong that makes this happens? If so what can I do about it and also give me some conversation tips that might help me out?

All my friends say I am pretty. But his one friend behind my back told my friends I am the ugliest girl in the world. No guy at my school likes me. All of my friends have a crusher. I look in the mirorr and think " Am I ugly or pretty"? I need advice, no one likes me then I like this guy and in the whole school he is the only one who doesn't know who I am. Me and my boyfriend have been dating for almost 5 years. He recently was put In jail for 90 days and just got released. During our 5 years of dating he hasn't held down a job for 6 months. When he was incarerated I went to college and work paid all the bills and took care of my children. Since he's been released he acts as If he doesn't want to go out and look for a job, but just want to have sex. Well I have too many things I want to accomplish In my life and having sex isn't one of them. I want to become a nurse. I just don't know what to do or say to get him to see the light. I just want to be out of this relationship with him, he's seems so lazy! He seems to have no goals, ambition at all. What can I do? Serious answers please. Thanks.

i just answered someones question and i wondered if my answer was reasonable or not i mean its the truth but does it make me crazy to think this way. the question was about if you train your guy.... I said that to me life is about choices and consequences i gave an example that if im guy went out with his friends and didnt come home till i was already asleep then the consequence of his choice would be no home made dinner and no sex.......do other girls think this way or im I being crazy? should i wake up to make food and listen to his story about his night and um... pleasure him as i would have had he been home when i went to bed?

my ex thought I was irrational but honestly him and his buddies were attached at the hip and he was always out with them so our sex life was pretty depleted by the end of the realtionship. just wondering if we would still be together if id done what i am ask about?

cause I'm confused at how many people look at me and what it means. i don't really find myself all that interesting, but a lot of guys look at me and i want to know how common that is... does it depend on how they look at you or what? I'm terribly confused and lost.

Do you actually want to hear "oh youve lost weight!"
because i can say theres been times when ive noticed it about female friends, and thought about saying it but then thought if they actually want to hear it. Doesn't it imply that they were fat before.
Ive never actually said it.
