can someone tell me whats the right present is i mean im thinking juwelery like a chain or ring or something what do you guys think?? is it the right present even if she doesnt want me??

Flowers, make them elegant but not romantic. so stay away from roses, everyone knows that's a give away. and just take her out. maybe even make her something. simple like a card, but you got to make it funny. Or else it will be too cute. but you should let her know sometime soon. Good luck to you sir.

Go slow here. It's not good, especially if you haven't seen her in long time, to overwhelm her with your desire. However, you do want to let her know that you've missed her and that you're interested in her.
Go for jewelry, but not a ring; a ring says too much too soon--especially if she doesn't know how you feel. Instead, go for a brooch or necklace or bracelet. Write her a note in a sweet, friendly, lightly romantic card, telling her in your own words that you've missed having her around, and that you're looking forward to hanging around with her and getting to know her better.
Maybe she'll feel the same way; maybe she won't. But either way, I think she'll appreciate that you've been thinking about her, if you don't overwhelm her and scare her off.

Cant go wrong with a ring but a bunch of flowers might do the trick she might not expect something expensive if she has,nt seen you for a while

You don't want to scare her away by getting her something too expensive if she's not sure she's interested. I would start with something sweet and non-threatening like flowers - don't do red roses. Instead get gerber daisies or irises, or something that doesn't mean love out-right. Something pink or yellow or purple. Good luck.

I am in a similar position. Get her something small, not too fancy, but not cheap looking. This will show that you care, but will not make her feel like you are... obsessed. Thats what I would want a guy to do for me.

you should buy her like a heart necklace with diamonds in it she would like that.But i dont know what kind of girl she is so maybe add some more info.
