Life is going to be very hard on you if it is difficult to accept a less than perfect grade. But, that is ok, I know from experience. A B+ is very good, but seeing that you are not satisfied with that, I will give you some proven studying tips.
1. Sleep!!!
Nearly always, enough sleep actually gives better test scores than staying up all night and studying.
2. Instead of studying everything at once, study 10 minutes at a time.
I am very serious about this, it seems strange, but it works better than any other studying technique. Study for 10 minutes, take at least a 15 minute break in between (hours in between or even a day, is fine too) then return to studying. First spend a couple minutes on reviewing what you have already studied, then, take another 10 minutes to study the new stuff.
3. Chew gum and wear perfume.
Use both a smell and a taste to revive what you have learned.
This too sounds weird. But, if you chew gum while studying a certain subject and while taking the test it will actually improve your test score!
Also, if you chew the same flavor of gum while you study and then while you take the test, it will make connections in your brain that provide the pathways to the stuff you studied.
This same concept goes for smell. Put a dab of perfume that you use only for this concept on your wrists and before and after you start your 10 minute increments of study take a sniff.
Before you take your test, again put a dab of this same perfume on your wrists. Before the test begins, take a sniff. If you are having difficulty with a question, take a sniff, skip the question, and come back to it when you've finished all other questions you could answer. Unless, the answer comes to you before you've finished. But, once you've finished the test, if the answer has not just popped into your head, sniff your wrist, and think on it some more.
4. Go into a test with lots of confidence, and no fear. This comes naturally for some people, and not so naturally for others. But, meditating on taking a test and visualizing yourself answering easily and well can help anyone that has anxiety before a test.
5. When taking a test, always skip the problems that you are having trouble with and come back to them later. I also put little stars by questions that Im not 100% sure on, but that I answered, and if I have more time after the test is finished I reevaluate these questions.
These tips may sound weird, but, they really work.

A B+ is actually a pretty good grade. Just next time try harder and realize the mistakes you made on this test. Maybe try new studying tips also. Just don't stress out to much or get to worried. K-Lynn

Ask your teacher. Ask him or her to take some time to explain why you got a B+, and what you could have done to get an A+. Tell her how hard you studied. Teachers appreciate it when students try hard.
You could also ask a tutor, a very good student, or a parent or sibling to look over your test and give you feedback, both pro and con. Good luck!

A B+ is actually really good. Remember don't be too hard on yourself, we're not perfect. You still got an acceptable grade and you don't want to push yourself too hard to the point where it becomes very stressful. Be proud of your grade!
