I have been dating this guy for almost two years and everything I think of, doesn't seem special enough. But I can't buy him anything too too expensive because I'm a poor college student. Anyone have any ideas that could help me out?

Well, I flat-out asked my BF what he wanted for Christmas. He said he didn't need anything. I reminded him that I asked him what he WANTED not NEEDED. So he named a gift - not too expensive - so that's what I got him. He's not surprised - but is absolutely delighted to get something he really and truly wanted.
OH but you want to surprise him!
OK how about a CD mix of your (plural) favorite songs - I guess about $12 - $15 worth of downloads.
That's what I asked my BF to make for me.

give him something with meaning to your relationship..just venture on all the exciting things you've seen together and you know he loved the most as well as you..a gift from the bottom of your heart will do whether cheap or expensive.......
