Singles & Dating - 17 October 2007

I was going around selling candy for my club fundraiser I was wearing a cami and I was trying to get this guy to buy my candy and I notice that ever time that we would make eye contact he would looked back down at my chest, which isn’t uncommon for me they are nice. But after a while I got mad because he wasn’t buying anything, and he was being so obvious, so I walked away and then my friend came over and told me that my nipples were on hard, I was so embarrassed, no telling what they guy was thinking. But whats weird is that they just did that on their own, It wasn’t cold, and I wasn’t turned on, so whats another reason for them to be like that?

When my husband does something hurtful, insensitive or mean to me, why does he get mad at ME for it? It's like he wants ME to feel bad for making him feel bad?! When a hug or a come here baby would make everything okay. Or just a kind word or gesture? Have you noticed this behavior or have any suggestions?

ok so I have this guy who I think likes me... I am not sure. He was in love with my best friend but she never saw him that way. I was always the third wheel, the underdog... then he started talking to me agian. I have known him for 3 years and have liked him for that long too. I just told him last weekend that I liked him and after a few confessions, he starts talking about kissing me. I like him and all but I think he has just gotten over my best friend. What is he doing?

I just got out of a relationship a month ago, He crushed me and although it wasnt something like cheating or lying it hurt me alot. I was in love with him. You can have your hymen torn, without ever having sex. A tampon, or even riding on a bicycle they say can do it. I would still consider that person a virgin, even though their hymen has been torn.

So to me, a torn hymen is only a sign that one MAY not be a virgin. It is not the definition of one who is not a virgin. Am I wrong?

We talk about whether men are "virgins" or not - and obviously, the hymen has nothing to do with them! So with a man, he is a virgin if he has never had sex. Why should it be different for a woman?

Does masturbation (with insertion of a toy or whatever) mean you're not a virgin?

And, why is this so confusing?! Why isn't there just one defintion, without all this confusion?

Ok so if a girl wants to have sex with a guy because he's hot enough [and doesnt want a relationship with him]... and she does, every girl AND guy calls her a slut, whore, prostitute, boyfriend thief, home wrecker, etc .. but if a guy has sex with a girl, uses her, plays with her, and then dumps her, he's just called a player? Player sounds like a "good" term in my opinion because some guys even CLAIM to be "players"? And on the other hand, "whore" is a harsher word...
Its not about men being sexist because call each other sluts, too.

Ok i liked this girl like no other and i tried and tried and tried and i can't quit her i care about her so much and tried for the last three years but i can't forget her or impress her. ok. i have these two friends miller and robert. both of them are in two of my classes with me together, and they are best friends. I have a huge crush on robert, and from guesses and gossip i think he likes me. Well i often hang around the other friend miller, and we've been friends for a long time, but in the past few weeks he has been very flirty touching my knee and sending me texts of him in his boxers...today he told me he likes me and asked me to homecomming. i rejected him nicely, but think he's really upset (i HATE hurting peoples feelings!) so since miller def. likes me, does this mean my chances with robert are dead? i really like robert, but if miller keeps acting sad at school tomorrow and the next few days, knowing myself ill give in and go out with him on a date or something. of course that would completley screw my chances with robert..is it worth telling robert how i feel after rejecting miller just tonight? the real ? i guess is is it worth telling rob if it hurts m?

I'm re-wording a previous ?. Had sex w/guy friend that I've had 1yr & we are very attracted to each other, but both in serious relationships before so couldn't act on it. He's been trying to get me to spend more time w/him so I've done non-date type things with him like work out, watch games, etc. and we talk about everything & share secrets. So, I don't think he was just after sex. But, it's been 4 days since the sex and haven't heard from him. Don't want him to think I regret it, so sent him a text message today (that's how we usually communicate) & told him I enjoyed other night and was happy I got to spend time with him. Well..that was like 6 hrs. ago & still haven't had a response! I saw him at the gym tonight and he kinda smiled at me but I can tell he's avoiding me and/or feels awkward. How can save friendship and hopefully take it to next level? How long should I give him to come to me? Or, should I ask him to meet to talk? Don't want to scare him off or ruin things. Pls Help!

Okay so i have this dilemma....I've totally fallen for my best guy friend and i don't know what to do because he is a year younger and like 4 in. shorter than me. I am going over to his house tomorrow and i really want to tell him i like him but i am afraid of what people will think and of losing him a a friend if he does not feel the same way.
