It depends on the women's bills as well as how much you want to save a month after that.
If you want to give me some numbers to work with, I can figure it out for you. :)

It depends on the state, if you live somewhere where you have to depend on a car, keep in mind even paying cash you'll need to maintain insurance and gas which can run you to about $300 a month at least unless you have car payments your looking at about $500-700. I make roughly 32,000 a year I can live on my own without a roomate if I lived in income restricted apartments. (which say im overqualified) But you can look into that and figure out money wise bills. Like I always knew roughly electricity was about $120, etc so if I did manage to get into an income restricted id have about $400 left a month for emergencies. It all depends on diffrent variables, do you have to pay insurance(health), car, (payments or not), Cell or house phone, food, utilities, and extra.

Depends on where you live and what you feel you need to live decently. Start by making a budget, and be realistic. As a start, you can use the National Standards that the IRS has set for what it is allowed for people who enter payment plans or go into bankruptcy. ($494 for on person without housing or transportation) Housing and transportation expenses are adjusted based on geography, so that will give you an idea of what you need for housing in your county. If you have a roommate to share costs. That can bring down your costs.
Take your total budget per month and divide by 0.775 (what you will likely keep of each dollar after taxes) and divide that number by how many hours you will work each month. (a 40 hour week would be 160) That final number is what you need to make per hour.
So if you are in Mecklenberg Co. North Carolina
$494 for expenses + $1,286 for rent + $198 for 1 car +$54 for health care = $2,032
Ex: You need $2,032 to cover expenses
$2,032/0.775 = $2,622 (rounded up)
$2,622/160 hours = $16.39 per hour.
But if you only get 25 hours per week, then you need
$2,622/100 hours or $26.22 per hour -- so think in terms of not just how much you get per hour, but how many hours you will get it.
Or you can get a second job and push your work to 60 hours per week (240 per month) and only need an average wage of $10.93 per hour.
Good luck. (and if you decide to have a roommate, or be one, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND CHECK YOUR ROOMMATE'S REFERENCES -- make sure you are talking to an employer or teacher, not her mother or friend who want her to move out!!!) Let's just say I survived to give that advice.

That depends on where you live--different cities have different costs of living. But if you're just making minimum wage, that's not going to cut it.
Do some Internet research on the city where you live or want to live to find out housing, food, etc. costs. Try this link: www.bestplaces.net/col.

That would depend where you live, what your tastes are, if the utilities are included in the rent, what food you like to eat? They say that at least two weeks pay goes for rent, so try to figure it out for your area.

Depends where you live. What kind of lifestyle you want. Also, will you have roommates or by be yourself.
To be honest, I wouldn't consider living alone unless I made over 25,000 a year. (in my area)
