smack his face and call him a pervert unless he is your boyfriend or something but them why would you need a retaliation if he was and if he is I would still slap him for not respecting you

If this is in fondling, let him know you don't like it...If it is someone walking by and doing this, and you didn't slap his face for it....I think I would reach down to his private parts grab a really tight handful and dig my nails in...That should take care of it.....
