when your mature enough to handle to the outcome. At least 18, better yet when your grown or at least 21yrs old. You can best decide what to do. Sexual feelings come hard and fast early. Doesn't mean you have to follow through on them. Being sexual active opens you up to alot of other things STD.HIV Pregnancy, think before you start. You don't get a second chance. If he/she say they love you they'll wait. Your virginity is a one shot deal.

OMG, you've got to be kidding!! 15 or 16 years old. How about when you are mentally, emotionally, physically and financially able to copy with all the consequences of sex. How about when you are old enough to be responsible for your actions? How about when you are old enough NOT to have to ask Yahoo! whether or not you are pregnant? How about when you are educated about all aspects of sexual activity? But who am I to know, I'm just an adult who has never had an unplanned pregnancy, never had to worry about a STD, never had to worry about why he stopped calling after we had sex. I waited until a was in an adult, long-term committed relationship.

I don't think age really matters. I think the appropriate time is when your ready, most importantly, and also when your ready to deal wiht any of the consequences. And remember unless you see a little one in your near future use condoms everytime :)

Its not about the age-its about the maturity level. But the older the better. when the person is physical and emotionally mature. but most of all they should have sex until they are married.

When you and your partner are both ready to accept the risks. Use safe sex. And I'm not just referring to babies (although its one of the biggest). When you have sex, your emotions change. If you are going to do it, do it with someone you love because then it usually becomes a better thing. If its a random hookup it can cause problems.

Welll let's see, maybe after marriage. Or do what "everyone" else does - right- have it now. Let's count how many times your heart can be broken, or count how many sexually transmitted diseases there are, or chance on becoming a parent or having an abortion or which ever case maybe -pressuring the girls to have an abortion.

Wait until you're ready to have a baby. You never know when that could happen no matter how many precautions you take.
