im 15, and i want a boyfriend. i have a couple guy friends, but i almost never see them (they don't go to my school). the sadies dance is coming up, and i want to "know" how to approach guys that i have pretty much never talked to; im a pretty shy person. and if you dont know what a/the sadies dance is, its a dance where the girls ask the guys to the dance, and they dress basically the same.

he stopped talking to me months ago. I tried to get closure from him but he was unresponsive. it still really bothers me... and i can't seem to handle it well! one second he seemed really into me and the next he was avoiding me. he has past mental issues, so i'm trying to leave the excuse at that. any advice to help this process would be fantastic!

There is this guy who sits behind me in english. This is my first year having classes with him. He talks to me quite often, he looks me in the eyes, and sometimes we catch eachother just looking into eachothers eyes for a couple of seconds. He has complimented my art work, and asked me to come see his band. He always teases me, and is kind to me.
But just recently, I have found out that he has a girlfriend, and that they are fighting. I believe they have just ended the relationship.
Has he been flirting with me? I think they ended their relationship before he started talking to me... But I am not sure... Does he like me? Or am I just another girl in his class..?

i really like this guy & my friends all say we should go out! My friends also say that we touch each other alot (not like that but as in bumping into each other kind of kinding around).& the other day some1 asked me if we were going out but i told her no (sadly). Anyways so i really do want to ask him out but i don't know what he thinks of me or how he feels about me so idk what i should do so can some1 plz help me out!!! I'm 27, he's 19. We have only been together a few days, so nothing serious. He is a great guy, and crazy about me, we have alot in common. He's completely OK with the age gap, but it weirds me out a bit. We are both legal, and he is very mature for his age, I could have sworn he was at least 25 when I met him. Is it possible to get over this?

I met both my ex and his best friend in high school in 1997. When me and my ex started dating for about 2 weeks, his best friend asked if he can f**k me. Of course I said no. As I started hanging around with my ex and all his other friends, my feelings for that one best friend grew. I fell in love with him. I told all my girl friends that if me and my ex ever broke up I would go out with his best friend. Me and my ex stayed together for 8 years. Now that we're not together anymore, I let his best friend know that I like him. His response was "I have a girlfriend." Which I know is a lie. Why won't he date me? I mean it's been 2 years all ready that me and my ex had been broken up. I know my ex is not over me yet since that's what he told me the last time I talked to him. But me and the best friend can just hook up with out my ex knowing right?

there is this guy and i really like him. on his folder it said i love [my name] so i got all happy. we dont talk though, actually he never said a word to me, but i noticed him looking at me when i walked down the hallway. i dont think that he likes me though cus im not that pretty or popular, and he is a really popular guy. he has all the pretty girls and the sluts talking to him and stuff so i think its too goood to be true that he likes me. can anyone tell me how i can say anything to him to make us kinda get a bond goin on??please dont say anything stupid like makeout with him or anything like that. my friends say that he likes me cus of the thing on his folder but i dont believe it though.

I recently broke up with my finace. We're still talking and we still want to be friends. She's been talking about how much she misses the sex and wants to be bed buddies. And yes, the sex was amazing, and honestly, I miss it too. So I need an opinion...would it be a good idea to be bed buddies? I met this women last week and we got along good. I ran into her a few days later. Talked and every thing went well. (we didn't exchange phone numbers). So she works a block away from my house I went to her work and asked if she would like to go to lunch one day. She said yes. So, we arranged for a day and I went and she was in a "confrence call" so I left my phone number and she never called. It has been 2 days. This is somewhat of a difficult topic to put into words without sounding braggadocios. Here it is: I'm pushing 20 and I have never had a boyfriend, never been kissed, never even been hugged in a romantic way! I'm very intelligent, witty, personable and beautiful (I swear I'm modest, but I figure to get the best advice I need to lay out all the facts). I have been called "drop-dead gorgeous," "absolutely beautiful," "genius," and "hilarious." Please bear with me, I know I'm sounding obnoxious, but I really need help. Anyway the problem is that I'm the girl that the guys admire, but never ask out. I've been told that I'm really intimidating, but I can't go anywhere without getting hit on or checked out. When I find a nice guy who is actually interested in me, I inadvertently act uninterested, therefore causing him to say to himself "the hell with her!" I have horribly low self confidence, and it's getting to the point where I'm afraid I can't change that. How can I be more confident?

I was in a very long-term, deeply loving and committed physical & emotional relationship with a woman.

She broke it off with me but was afraid or unwilling to do so in person or by telephone.

She sent an e-mail saying she was breaking up with me, will never see me again but wouldn't say what the circumstances or reasons were for the breakup. This left me without a clue and with the definite impression that I will never be allowed to know why she left.

I have gone through an immense amount of personal pain and anguish over this. My heart is broken.

I said I would not bother her. But, despite that, should I try and contact her? Or never speak to her again?

What would you do?

And no. I am not a stalker or violent.

So me and this girl I like got into a fight about three weeks ago and we just made ammends. We were talking on AIM a little bit (she messaged me) and I brought it up. She apologized and I apologized and everything's cool now. I'm just wondering, since I don't really talk to her that often, what I should talk to her about when I see her. I'm gonna see her tonight at Applebee's with a group of friends from church, and usually we don't really talk, but I want to talk with her a bit tonight. What's a good topic, and what can I say without making her feel uncomfortable?

ok well me and this guy have been together for about 1 month and a half already and well he doesnt talk to me at school or n e thing he waits until like nine pm to call me at school when i pass him he just walks right pass me and says nothing when ever he is near his friends he never talks to me i started crying at school bc my grandpa is suffering from cancer and all he did was stare at me not even comfront me or n e thing he never talks to me idk wat to do now he says he luves me and cares about me alot but he ignores me at school wat do i do

He doesn't open up and share himself with me. He is a private person. My question is what can I do from my side to help him open up. I am very open and sharing by nature, so I surely setting an example, but nothing changes. When I ask him questions, his answers are short. He does not describe, or volunteer information unless asked. With most men, I have not had that problem.

Plus, his career is in software, which I am an alien to, nor have any aptitude for. I feel really frustrated.

Individually speaking, what would help you open up more?

there's this girl in grade 12 and im in grade 10 i wanted to get to know her and i dont know any of her friends. So i decided to talk to her on nexopia which is kinda like myspace and facebook and well she read my msg n looked at my page but didnt answer back so i sent her another msg saying "come on now u look at my page but dont say anything back, i was just giving you a compliment" and then she said "i meant to say thanks." then after i asked i asked her if it was okay that i was talking to her and she said i dont have a problem with it. then after i told her my name and i asked for hers but again she read the msg but didnt answer back....what does this tell you guys? do you think shes interested at all? please help
