im 15, and i want a boyfriend. i have a couple guy friends, but i almost never see them (they don't go to my school). the sadies dance is coming up, and i want to "know" how to approach guys that i have pretty much never talked to; im a pretty shy person. and if you dont know what a/the sadies dance is, its a dance where the girls ask the guys to the dance, and they dress basically the same.

another thing, i dont have a cell, and my parents, um i dont know what they would say, and i would go to the dance with my guy friends, but they live too far away. oh, and thanks for the help : )

Start flirting, and be very feminine and smile a lot, flash your curves around. Be confident, and you'll do fine.

you put a lot of pressure on yourself. You do not need to have a boyfriend. Why take anyone. ? If you are not with someone then you are not with someone. It is a sad ies dance remember. Dont force a boyfriend. Let it happen naturally. Shy is irrelevant.

don't be in such a rush to get a boyfriend
just go and have fun with one of your guy friends, i personally would not go to a dance with some one i pretty much never talk to. just have fun, enjoy the moment and don't be obsessed with guys
you shoud focus on your education right now, not on getting with some guy, there's plenty of time for that

the best advice i can give you is to just be confident and just do it, the worst you can get is a "no" and if you do get a no then just go and ask someone else. It wont hurt.
I'm pretty shy around guys too but that's how i got my boyfriend ;]

just go up to someone you like and ask them what's going on and just ask them if they would like to go to the sadie's dance with you and if you strike out with that person keep doing the same thing with everyone you like

Well,necessarily you dont have to SAY anything, how about writing a descent letter and putting it into that persons locker or if you choose to, just take a deep breathe review in your head what your gonna say to that person then go say it.

My advice is that the more you focus on things other than boys, the more attracted to you they become. Go with one of your guy friends as friends, but go with a whole group like that and you will surely enjoy yourself.

it's not hard to get a boy. if you ask i'm sure he'll say yes. boys are desperate. it's hard to find a girl so guys will date almost anyone. theres nothing to be nervous about. they will say yes unless there seeing someone. guys are the easiest animal on this planet.

if you like someone and they prob dont know you, first ask what thier name is... then ask them for their phone number, then when ur out of school text them or call them and start a conversation, its very easy to talk on the phone or text if you are a shy person. then talk to them and soon things should workout where he realizes you liek him.
