ok there is this guy @ my school that i no likes me b/c he is always flirting w/ me & always joking around to make me laugh. there is just 1 problem - he's kinda shy when it comes to girls. i don't want to ask him b/c i'm afraid he'll say no b/c he's too shy to say yes. how do i get him to be comfortable around me to ask me out? i really like him and don't just want to blow over it. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Some variant on that should do the trick.
The point is that you don't get to be all secure and un-rejected while the poor guy tries to figure out how real your interest is. Meet him partway.

ok, heres what to do. if you're 100% sure he likes you ask him to do little things with you at first. Like ask him if you could eat lunch with him at school. that kind of stuff. then try asking him out to movie. if he really likes u that much he'll say yes even if he's shy.
