I believe people should refuse to go steady until they're well into their twenties . I've always thought trying out different dating partners is a good relationship choice . I'll admit -- you need to use your brain when you're trying out different dating partners -- If you're dating more than one person, sex is definitely out of the question . However, being single isn't about going steady . You can't find the right person when you're going steady with the wrong one .

but then realize you messed up and try to get back with her, but she says no....But then a month later changes her mind and wants to get back with you....what could she do to get you back?? There was no cheating or abuse...just a lack of miscommunication.

My girlfriend have been jealous about each other's past. I had a drunken one night stand a few years ago. She had a friend with benefits her sophomore year of college, and again three years later. I told her that I learned from my mistake and didn't do that. It hurts me that she made her same mistake again three years later. Which is worse?

I've been on the dating scene for the past couple of years and have consistently come across women who are either A) insecure, B) too needy, C) doesn't have their own friends or hobbies, D) Doesn't have a career or any path set in life, E) Has no money of their own. Where can I find a girl that is not like any of the above?

i'm real friendly and socialise with people well. Is easily for me to talk to any strangers on streets. Maybe due to volunteerism. I did social work few years back, i learned to socialise well with different people. But too many of my friends or classmates, they thinks i'm flirting around (in a better attitude, not those bitchy kind). A year back, i'm happening with that someone, that someone left me because i'm too friendly even to any strangers. That someone asked me to change my so called habit. I do look at people on streets but i didn't say i want to be with them or like them. Is just to be friendly with people by smiling or starting any conversation. BUT i can assure that if i found that right person, i will be to totally faithful. Maybe i'm single now so tends to have more time socialise with anyone. Am i consider flirt? i'm totally confused. Is being too friendly wrong? Is being to friendly turns to flirting? Why people commenting that i'm flirting around in school and outside?

This guy & I had a casual relationship for over a year until he moved back home for a job transfer. We stayed in contact but then stopped after he found a girl in his town, so I stopped calling all together. 4 months later he calls me & told me he broke up that girl, saying she wasn't as cool as me, etc. Then he said something to the effect "why you want me to marry you?" which struck me as odd, but it peaked my interest. Anyway, we are seeing each other this weekend after being apart for a year, and now he calls more often, answers his phone, treats me w/more respect, so I can see he's making an effort at something. I was just talking to him & he asked if I had something "lingerie" to wear, which he knows I wear cute undies, but something more like someone would wear for a more romantic setting. But he's never been like that to suggest that, so is he hinting at something? He was also boasting about this hotel he got us, so I'm just curious about this. What do you think?

So my best friend has a crush on me. He knows I don't feel the same way but lately I've been getting butterflies whenever we talk or what not. He's been constantly asking me to go to the pools or even the movies. Before the school holidays I liked his best friend but now I'm over him but he doesn't know and he said that he'll wait for me even if its forever. He said he'll do whatever it takes to get me and now he won't stop bothering esp over msn and txting. Yeahh I get butterflies when we talk or muck around but I really don't know if I like him in that way at the moment. And I'm really smart and focusing on my studies and everything and I just don't know if I would even have time for a boyfriend. It's just really hard to figure out. My question really is, is he ever gonna give up on me or not?! And should I say yes to him or what?! Or what should I do about it and yeahh?! I'm really confused. He's not the most attractive guy but I've never went for looks, personality is the key.

My bf and i have had sex multipe times, but he is a very big christian and he says that he wants to become closer to god, and he thinks we should stop. I told him that i would still like to have oral sex and such, but he says no b/c that is a sin to. I tried to explain that it was not fair to me athat he all of the suddens wants to take that away from me, (i have a very high sex drive), but he insists on waiting till marriage!

I have been talking to this guy online who likes me that I met at my friends party and also went to high school with. He seems really nice and he says all these sweet things to me. Like if I say something like wow I just made a fool of myself he says back "Your not a fool in my book." :) Then I told him about a movie I was gonna watch and he goes oh a chick flick and I was like you don't watch those kinds of movies so you've never seen The Notebook and he goes no. So I start telling him about it and he didn't want me to give away the ending cause he is gonna watch it and he keeps telling me how he is working on watching it :). Then today he told me he thinks I'm cute. He makes me laugh and that's like the one quality I look for in a guy. There is just one problem looks wise I don't like him and he smokes which is a turn off for me. Will this change and can I over look these things?

ok, heres the story. i have been with my boyfriend 2 yrs.we've been living together for 1. we have a 4 mo old daughter, and were planning on getting married. im 24 he is 22.he is an awesome father. before i got pregnant with my daughter i found out he was conversating with some females on his myspace. he would write them about how good they looked and how much he wanted to meet them. he assured me it was nothing. the girls aren't even local and he would never do it again so we worked it out. recently i found some text messages on his cell to several different females 1 including his ex. he says things like "hey sexy" and "i hope i get to see your sexy *** this weekend" and "i miss u". i dont know what to do. i confronted him and he told me they are just his friends and thats how guys talk. i truly dont feel hes being honest and his word means nothing. i really do love him. im just not sure what the next step is.is this cheating? i cant trust he wont do this again.am i setting myself up?he swears im the one. please help! female AND male advice.
