but then realize you messed up and try to get back with her, but she says no....But then a month later changes her mind and wants to get back with you....what could she do to get you back?? There was no cheating or abuse...just a lack of miscommunication.

Talk to each other about what caused you to break up in the first place, any concerns you both have, etc . Take it slow .

Just a lack of miscommunication huh? First of all, a guy should be sure before he dumps you because if he cared about you at all, he would think before he acted to protect your feelings. He probably thought he could get with some other girl and failed so he wants you back now. Second, when he wanted to get back together, you should have thought about it before you said no. You should start thinking before you do things and you wouldn't be in this mess. I think you shouldn't get back together because the two of you obviously make a mess out of everything.

I talked about something like this with my boyfriend... like what would happen if we broke up and I wanted him back later on. He told me that he usually would NOT get back with me for whatever reason. But then later, he thought about it and said that since I was his only girl that was good to him (never cheated, lied, etc.), he probably would take me back.
So anyway, I guess my point is, it dependsd on the guy and the situation. If there was just a lack of communication, then I'm sure a talk with your guy about wanting to get back together won't hurt. But if he's already moved on, then you can't really do much about it. If you want someone back, you shouldn't really play games and change your mind and go back and forth like you guys have. The best thing I think to do is just to talk.

if it all due to lack of communication, I would sit down with her/you and talk things out. why there is lack of communication between us. If it miscommunication then we should find out why and solve it and hard to prevent it happen again. I would give you/her another shot especially we still care for each other.

you should invite him to dinner at a rest. or at your place either way, dinner is always good b/c its relaxing and we are always easier persuaded w/ something good in our something, especially something fee........... then you should let him know that a month ago you were scared of getting back in the same situation, but then you realized that you care about him enough to work on whatever was wrong in the relationship, and that being away from him or w/out him is worse than being in a relationship w/ him w/ lack of communication b/c you both can improve the communication.............. good luck!

Hope he's not completely over it by then (they get over it so much easier than we do) Pull him aside and just be honest! Tell him you were confused and a little hurt, don't be afraid to humble yourself. If he backs away..it's then time to let it go and move on.
