divert your attention to hobbies, or things to do that you like. nothing wrong about sex, but if that already is bothering you, gradually minimize what you do. its addicting i know, and just like any addiction, you cant overcome it in one sitting. then focus and transfer your attention to other things you like doing. try to exercise as well. and, keep your brain working. an idle mind is the devil's workshop, they say... =) good luck!!!

Yes, and no. ..yes because it is a relationship with Christ and not much else, and no because in this time and place in the world Christianity has developed into a religious category: See below. a set of beliefs concerning the cause, nature, and purpose of the universe, esp. when considered as the creation of a superhuman agency or agencies, usually involving devotional and ritual observances, and often containing a moral code governing the conduct of human affairs. 2. a specific fundamental set of beliefs and practices generally agreed upon by a number of persons or sects: the Christian religion; the Buddhist religion. That's the dictionary's definition. Whether it is what Christians believe or not, it is what society accepts. thus we are in the religion category and that is where our questions are.

well, if you do not want any advise that involves masturbation, your in trouble!
I would not advise sex, I believe girls your age should save that for marriage.
masturbation IS a very fulfilling activity to do to relieve alot!
you may not be doing it correctly if that is not an option?
Go to GNC and buy what is called a wand massager or massager of some kind? (can't remember what they call it?)
It's a plug in (it has a cord) so you do not run out of batteries and most have 2-3 speeds. It will rock your world!
This is not intended for penetration but only clitoris stimulation only!
My husband calls it my jack hammer....lolol, But, I tell you what it is your best friend!
anyway you look at this, your hormones want sexual contact of some sort and having a boy to help you is not always the answer!

you could try doing outdoor activities or anything that will make you exhausted for it. try going to a spa then after you are that relaxed maybe you would have an easier time studying.
you can jog just enough to drain some energy from your body and be tired for it. just enough to be tired for physical activities but not too tired to read and study

I hesitate to answer with my best suggestion because I do not know how old you are!
All I can really say without knowing your age is that a real vigorous workout can definitely curb your libido temporarily!
