It seems that there is that phrase, "I need to get some." This would imply reception. But doesn't a man give, rather than receive sex, being that he does the penetrating? Isn't the woman the one who is actually "getting some"?

so, i had my baby august 9th!!! yah!!!! anyways, ive had postpartum depression, and even though it has mostly faded, i feel so low about myself still. i dont ever look in the mirror and think i look good. i feel like im driving my boyfriend away cuz im overly jealous now. im so scared and i have no idea what to do. i feel psycho or something. i dont even like for my b.f so see a womans breasts on television! i know its because im very self conscious because i trust him completely. im not happy with myself, and i dont know how to fix it. ive lost 30 lbs in 7 weeks, and i work out every other day..... but i still feel low about myself. anyone have some tips on overcoming self esteem issues?

ps i dont think im like this just because of the pregnancy, i was pretty much the same before i got pregnant.

Hey ! what's up i wanted to know how you would react if someone you were dating confessed to you that they had a record i.e. they were convicted of murder and spent time in jail for it and i out on parole now. would you:
[a] Dismissed it and say because that is in their past it doesn't
matter
[b] Stay with them any ways but look on that person differently always in the back of your mind wondering if one day if something goes wrong in the relationship that person will snap and kill you too. and therefore sleep with a knife under your pillow LOL.

[c] Get as far away from that person as you possibly can maybe get a restraining order or something, there ain't no way you will date an ex-con.

We have known each other for about four-five months. We are sexually active, and I was a virgin until he broke me in. I love him and just last week told him so. He told me he didn't love me, yet. Is this a guy thing, or should I just take my pride and leave before I am really in deep doo doo. Is he in denial, and really in love with me, or am I being used and abused?

Most importantly, if you know any methods besides being myself and caring for him deeply that I could utilize to allow him to love me, please let me know. Basically, I need help on the whol shabang, so comments on anything, even experiences I would love to hear.

ive been cheated on over a year ago.

he was drunk at the beach, the girl went down on him, and it stopped when he realized what was going on.

anyway i gave him a second chance. it took me a while to get over and for him to rebuild his trust but our relationship has been solid despite that one moment.

i know the saying "once a cheater, always a cheater" but is this always the case? i honestly dont think my boyfriend will ever cheat on me again. am i being naive? has anyone else ever experienced something like this?

i just want hope that all boys arent the same and sometimes people make mistakes.

time. I used to get upset. I wanted him to spend time with the kids but to make time for me also he says his kids want all his time and don't want him to send time with anyone else. They are teenagers. Anyways now I don't complain when he stands me up (because the kids never want to go back to their mom) and he is saying I don't care about our relationship because I don't complain about him not coming to see me. I thought this was what he wanted now his kids have him all to themselves and he doesn't have to hear me complain about him not being with me when he says he is but never comes. So why isn't he happy?

If you are in your 30's, have a teenage son, work full-time, would you do this to your significant other or want it done to you? Is this a way for a grown woman to mark her territory even though the husband is already wearing a wedding ring? Let me know your opinion. I personally think it's immature and not my idea of hot and wild sex.

Well my boyfriend and I of 3 years broke up. I didn't want to but I made it seem like it was fine with me so it would be mutual. Anyways we both thought it would be a permanant thing, never getting together again, but today he came over telling me how he's so sorry he was a prick and he's been so stressed out and how much he loves me and wants me back. I told him I don't believe that, because I've heard that before when he was "confused" another time in the past. He said he figured I wouldn't, so he has the perfect way to prove it. I thought he meant something to say to me, so I asked what? And he said he will get it for me but he has to take a lot of money out of his bank account first.
And since our anniversary is coming up in November anyways, I wonder what this "proof" is? Any ideas? The first thought that came to my head was a ring...

Im a guy and im 19 and Im really interested in asking this 26 year old girl on a date. But I think im over analyazing the fact that im unable to go to bars and stuff of that nature yet. I mean Im not a big partier as it is and im told im mature for my age but im still leery on the situation. Plus im going to be a Doctor and still have 8 years of school left and shes already in her career.

really like this boy, and come to find out my cousins best friend was going out with him. but she told me they recently broke up. the few days before when he was talking to me he was like yes sam, im in love, haha, i got a girlfried, haha, man the biggest mistake i made was telling her yeah. im not sure if he was talking about her or not. i catch him looking at me a lot in class. and we talk a good bit everyday. he pays the most attention to me when it comes to boys, i doubt he likes me becasue im not exactly yhte type of girl boys like, at least for freshman. does it probablly mean anything by him talking to me or what about the times i catch him looking at me?

He sits beside me in class and he always talks to me even if I'm so shy and quiet... I usually just smile when he talks to me and yet he talks to me everyday... and he keeps on bringing up things about me (my past) that I wouldn't have expected him to remember or even know... and it always seems like he's responding to my msn name on his msn name... and I've known him since elementary school, but we never really talked...
