I had sex with my best friends and we both agreed it wouldnt change anything but we used to do everything together but ever since i slept with her she sorta excludes me.

Post-sex between best friends is a tough dillema. SEX changes a lot things between the both of you. It is a very awkward situation.
She excludes you because she doesn't want to be in that awkward moment. When the both of you look at each other, the time you had sex will probably come into your mind. Best Friends should remain friends and that is what she is doing. Give her time to become comfortable with you again. GOOD LUCK

ok yes sex CAN complicate things. It doesn't have to but it honestly depends on the ppl involved. Some ppl can have sexual relations and it never affect any part of the relationship they have together (friendship or otherwise), but other ppl lets it affect them. I don't know it just depends on the ppl like i said and she is obviously one of those ppl. My best advice is to talk to her about it. If you value what yall had then you shouldn't let it die becuz of one little night

It depends on the people involved girls seem to take a little longer for things to return to normal so just wait. Maybe she has feelings for you and now feels like she can never have whats see wants. You should talk to her and see what is up.

it does complicates thing: what if both of you fall in love or get her pregnant are you ready to face the music or what if just plaything and not a serious one,or what your girlfreind find out that you had sex with your bestfriend,that is like tornado wanting to explode.Analized the sitiution and please be true to yourself and talk it over with your bestfriend.

of course it will change things ---- its a very intimate act you are trusting someone to get so close to you --- physically and emotionally it will generally change the relationship in way you cant begin to imagine ---- talk to her find out what has changed and how you can go about fixing it

yes, sex complicates things... no exceptions. it brings relationships to an entirely different level so things can NOT go back to the way they were. it is impossible. you cannot just go back to "the way things were". sorry, but that's the way things work.
