there is this man that held me till i slept years ago because i was upset with a mutual friend of his cheating on me, because of him being friends w/my x we never were able to pursue anything more. I have always thought of him since. I am now engaged to a wonderful man who will give me a great life, and this other man found out about the engagment and called me to express how he has felt the past few years, I am so confused now. I am still extrmemely attracted to this guy that held me and still have wonders about him, but i am also engaged and content w/this other man, what should i do?

I have known him for a few years and i have been tooling around with him and leading him on since. He no longer returns my calls and ignores me, i realize now what a great guy is was. I called him from a number he did not recognize and he answered and i was glad to hear he was alive,he told me there have been a lot of changes and he has been working like crazy and he really wants to tell me in person why he has not called me. Should i sit and wait now until he calls or send him an email apologizing for being so selfish the past couple years?

Why do you read more into things?
Why does a man assume a woman wants more than just a casual relationship even though the woman has assured him over and over that she doesn't want more?
Does a man think that the woman is going to become clingy? When a man pushes a woman away in this situation it's confusing especially when casual is all she wants. So then she wants to know what the heck is going on.
And why can't the man just say, "I don't want this"? Why is avoiding always the way it goes?
If you are all set and she is all set, then what is the problem? Does this ever end... do you have to be past your 30's??

There a boy I REALLY like at school. I know we have a lot in common, but I don't know how he feels about me. I wish I could be brave enough to ask him out, but I'm scared. What if he says no, then uses the put down everybody knows works on me and says I'm ugly? And then goes and tells everybody? I really don't know what to do. In high school I was once a nerd with glasses and overweight. As I went to college I became the man. I play college football, I have big muscles, and the baddest urban wear. When I came back home from college some of those girls who picked on me in high school and never would give me a chance now wanted me and I turned around and rejected their offer, laughed in their face, and bragged about my girlfriend now. can someone tell me honestly . . . . why do women make a life with guys who dont get up & go to work everyday or at least TRY to find work, but they stay home? the only source of income from him is from a hustle he does when he does it.

that's not a steady job.

i dont mean to make it "all about money". i just think a guy who doesnt have a job, isnt trying to find one, stays home, what does that say about the GUY?? and what does that say about the GIRL who accepts this & stays with him?

maybe it works for some people. i cant see myself with a guy who doesnt go to work EVERY DAY or at least TRIES to find a job or has his own business.

what does this really say about him AND her? can someone help me out, i really dont understand. maybe i'm being critical for nothing?? is this the norm now?

Okay, so I've been hanging out with this guy for three weeks...he's cooked me dinner several times and taken me out, he's met quite a few of my friends and I've even stayed over at his house...haven't slept together yet but we've fooled around. He's told me that he likes me and he definately acts like he does, but last night I said to him 'I really like you' and he said 'I don't want to rush'...I wasn't sure if he was talking physically since we were making out so I asked him what he meant and he said 'I like us hanging out'. So does this mean we aren't dating?
He just got out of a relationship earlier this year that was pretty long so could he just be wanting to get to know me better before committing?

OK see my boyfriend called me up last night and was like look I am taking you out on a date, So I said ok I will get ready and be over at your house in an hour. Then he told me to where someting nice but made me look like a whore. So I didnt say anything. Well when I get over to his house he was like we are taking my car come on lets go. Then I asked him where we were going and he wouldnt tell me. So we get to his friends house and there is like 15 guys over there. They where all drinking and smoking and having a good time. So I was like what are we doing over here and he was like this is our date. So we sat at his friends me be n the only girl in sight for miles and he was telling his friends all this stories about me and how I was good in bed and that I give the best head and I could get any guy off in less then 2 mins. So then his friends where all like he man I will give you $20 if you let your girl give me head. And I got up and left. So guys how should I take this?

He knows i like him,i've been very obvious and not just him but everyone knows it. We have never really spoken before but i look at him all of the time and he looks back. Or sometimes he'll look at me first. I have been told that he is a very talkative person,just like myself,but whenever i'm around he goes quiet. From far away it's like a staring competition but up close we can barely look at eachother and sometimes i get the feeling he wants to say something but doesn't. I didn't know this but i found out he is married. Is this why he's avoiding me?

ok so our one year anniversary is comming up and im not too sure what i should plan. my girlfriend has always said that she wants like a date from one of those romantic movies, something special like that. im not really into romantic movies but i love to do romantic stuff. she dosent really have a fav. romantic movie that i know of so if any of you have any ideas or want to tell me bout a date from a cute movie or something that would be greatly appriciated. d instructions & we would decide which option u should use,d next day when he called and offered his choice,I had another option from his,he got angry & an argument ensuied,d next day he came over & was stll angry,eventually I used d method he sugested because I was convinced it was better,but I told him even if he thinks his idea is better than mine, I would always still say my bit and unless I am convinced I retain d right to do things as I wish, and I would appreciate he understands that, he says he hates when I argue with him,& he dosent have time for that,we bandied words back and fort 4 a while,he asked,are u done almost thrice & made to leave,I didnt stop him,he hesistated at d door & even if he knew how to work it,he asked I come open the door,I did,he left still angry.He hasnt called me its day 3 today & I havent called him either,I got turned off cos he spoke to in a disrespecting tone,does this man really care about me or he's just a controlling man.Do I call or 4get him ?

My boyfriend is in the Army and i only get to see him on the weekends. Durring the week, he works until 5 and then he calls me around 10:30 at night. I have college classes and high school, so i need to go to bed early. in the past when he has called me, I usually talk to him until midnight/1 o' clock. Here lately, I just tell him I am tired and i say goodbye and hang up. he sounds really sad when he says bye too. I was wondering if this is bad for my relationship, because i haven't had a full out conversation with him in like 4 days. Am i hurting us??
