We know each other from school, (lets call him 'Gary' again) and we've been exchanging letters during the Christmas holidays so far.

In the first letter i sent to 'Gary', i asked him that if by the fact we were writing to each other it mean we were boyfriend and girlfriend, and in his reply whitch i got today, he didn't mention any sort of an answer!!

And he has had a chrush on my for AGES he even has told me!

I've replied to 'Gary's' letter also not mentioning the question again, of the fear of seeming too pushy. oh HELP

I mean..when u start 2 go out with a girl..u take her out..
and absolutely not touch her..for 1 month..

U take her out..she looks gorgeous...and all u think is how beautiful
she is u do not want 2 touch her..because u want to just hang out with her...
she makes u laugh..u dance...u feel the rythm of her body dance next 2 urs...and you dont want 2 touch her..or kiss her..u love this moment..u do not want it 2 end...u just hold her..tight..and just hear the music play..

so after a month u wake up so sick...not knowing why!!
u feel like touching her face..kissing her..not because shes beautiful..or u like hanging around with her..
its because ur in LOVE..and not touching or kissing her..made u realize...whats more important!!

This is kind of a weird question, and there probably is no answer, but there is a girl who likes me (and there were plenty of other signs besides this). But I've noticed that she uses my name a LOT more than she used to. Before she would say I have a question, now it's John I have a question. conversations start with my name, IM's always start with my name, even saying Hi, it's now Hi John. Now that I think back, it was the same with other girls. I asked my brother and he agreed. So here is a another sign to look for if you think a girl likes you. Anybody else notice this? I can understand other signs like looking away quickly, or not looking you in the eye, but I don't get this on. Why do girls use your name more than usual when they like you?

I post a funny question on Yahoo questions in the "singles and dating" section. I assume thats where grown ups will be. Then people turn it in as a violation because they don't want their eight year olds reading jokes about Santa. With all the comments about sex in this section why would anyone allow their eight year old on here anyway? Do you agree that some people on here need to lighten up and pull the corn cob out of their butts?

I'm 18 at went to uni this october, me and my boyfriend have been dating for over 2yrs and everything was fine as far as i was aware. Uni hasnt caused the problems i thought it may have done, and we visit and have stayed very much in love. However i've just come home for xmas, and my bf has been actin very unlike himself. He seems cold and emotionless, and doubtful of our relationship, which hes never been like. He says he still loves me and wants 2 b with me, but only when i ask him so. I feel like he doesnt want to spend time with me or be with me, as he never rings or txts. He used 2 b very sweet and soppy, which i loved, but hes no longer like this. He recently moved out his rents, and in with his best mate, he doesnt have many friends and tells me he gets really lonely since ive been gone. i think he might be depressed? i fel like hes envious of his single friends, but tells me he doesnt want to be with other girls. im so lost, the way hes actin is hurtin me so much, what do i do?

I had a conversation with a male firend about relationships. He mentioned that girls who constantly have men/boyfriends walking in and out of thier lives will never find true love.They are going to be unhappy, cause they will never tully fall in love with someone.

I was shocked. I always thought that these type of girls always had the upper hand but apperently not. Why do men project one image( as they prefer women that easy and with many men) and then claim another( they dont like women who have been with many men)? My ex dumped me about three weeks ago b/c she said. 1) she didnt have the same feelings towards me as before, 2) she thought my love was too strong and that was freaking her out , and 3) she thinks that i should date other girs and she should date other guys b/c if we really loved each other then we'll get back to each other..

i have a gut feeling that is she is now with one my friends, don't you think he would have the guts to say 'dude, she has these feelings towards me', or at least tell me because isnt that what real friends do? i just feel now that they are both fake b/c of this

i dont have anybody i can trust talking to about this b/c of trust, i feel that if i tell one of my buddies, then he'll tell somebody, and eventually she'll find out how i feel, and start spreading rumors about me,

my question is , is it okay for me to block both these people out in my life and ignore them, i know its hard to move on after being w. her for 1 yr, or are there other ways of handling this

I have known this guy for about 5 years we had been attracted to each other before something came in between us. We stopped talking etc. but everytime i saw him i would catch him looking at me. This has happened over entire time i have known him. He is a member of a club that i also belong too and i see him prolly at the least 3 days a week. There was a meeting of this club the other night and he was talking with a friend of mine and as i went walking toward them he completely ignored what they were saying to say hi to me. I said hello back and went on to talk to my friend. Then last night he was at a holiday party for this club as well as myself, i was standing with two other people that he knew when one of them asked him a question he turned his body as to facing us and looked at me and smile and answered the question. I didnt ask the question so why did he answer while looking at smiling at me. Should i consider this interest???

i am currrently in a long distance relationship, he is in dubai and im in the phil...i always think negative when it comes to how is he?,where is he?, is he safe?does anybody hurt him?is he still alive?does he has another gf?does he still love me and many more.were okay..now, but we always fight about boys, he dosent allow me to chat in the internet w/ my ex- boyfriends and whats the bad thing is i promised him and i still chat w/ boys...

Me and my friend were discussing when you recieve a phonecall after midnight when the number is with held. My friend was saying that any guy who is in a relationship wouldn't answer a with held call he'd receive after midnight. So therefore if he was single he'd answer the call and if he was in a relationship he wouldn't answer the unknown call. What do you all think??

I've been with a guy for 5 years and have 2 kids by him. We've had problems in the past, he has hit me and cheated on me. My sister can't stand him and she even told him what she thinks of him. Now he got sent to prison and my sister told me she's not surprised and called him a bad name. He writes me and said he's sorry and wants me to be there for him. I believe he's telling the truth and is sorry for committing a crime. My sister finally told me do whatever I want, just don't ever mention his name in front of her.
