A few weeks ago, I went on a couple of dates with a guy I've known for a few months. I really liked him but wanted to take things slowly and it seemed to me that he was looking for something very quickly. So, he stopped calling me, I was hurt but
went my own way trying to forget him. We'e in the same club and so I ran into him again two wks ago and he criticised my dancing style. I'm v sensitive and was hurt at this remark. I could only think it was a sort of vengeance for not progressing the relationship at a faster rate but I wasn´t sure. Then, out of the blue, I got a message from him on Saturday night..again a criticism about my dancing. I didn't reply and he resent the msg on Sunday evening..I didn't reply and he texted me asking why I don't reply. He said, look, I'm only joking you, please don't be annoyed! I don't understand this behaviour. He's a nice guy & doesn't have a girlfriend so I called him & said let's meet for a chat. Any ideas on this guy's behaviour?

Ok, this guy likes me and he asked me out. I like him as a friend but more than a friend. He told me that he really likes me and he "rated" me 100% and I feel bad that I said no the first time. Ok, we had been together for about 8 months, i joined the military and she didnt seem to have a problem with it, she was proud of me and waited for me while i was in basic training, about 3 months after basic i found out i was getting deployed and told her, she then said she couldnt see me anymore with really no reason to leave me......why did she leave me?(FYI, i come home next month, i know she's still single, should i go back and try to get her back?)

I like this guy. I just found out that he knows that I like him. Another girl who's one grade younger also likes him, but he's known that for a year.

I used to talk to him a lot, but that stopped when a conflicted arose last year. We stopped talking and he said he hated me. Then a few months later he said he didn't really care anymore.

Well, he recently said something extrememly rude to me, and acted like he still hated me. So later I told him a story: [short version] I used to be crazy about this guy, but as I got to know him better as a person, I stopped liking him. You know why? I realized he was an asshole.

So a mutual friend later asked if he got the point of the story, and he snapped at her in mid-sentence and said: Yes, I understand the point! Now stop talking to me!

A few days later, he asked the younger girl out. She obviously said yes because she liked him, which he knew. Is there a connection here between what I said and him asking her out now, of all times?

I don't mean to sound conceded, but it seems to me that he's trying to get back at me.

By the way, I know that I need to move on. And I have. But I'm still curious, and if he is just using the other girl, how can I prevent her from getting hurt?

Not hurt as in physical hurt.........but hurt as in emotional, ie........they didnt verbally hurt you.......they just mentally hurt you.......told you things cause you wanted to hear it, acted like you were the greatest in their life, used you, left you for other people.........

If you still love them, does that mean you're insecure and have low self steem or does it mean you have true love with this person?

That, with this person, you will truly love them through better or worst?

I jsust broke-up with my bf, I made a mistake in doing that. I told him that I still have feelings for him and he said that i'd had my chance and that he had no more feelings for me. At the holiday dance e was dancing with a girl that I'd thought he'd liked while we were going out. Should I be angry. Long story short, this girl I'm enticed with and have known for the last year has not returned my last two phone calls and didn't show up at a date we had planned. Normally I would write the person off and forget about it, but this girl is hard to let go, basically I put this girl above all others right now. Its hard to even say it, but i am completley falling for mybestfriend. His name is Aaron. He says things that make me think he likes me too. He is so nice, but the problem with me telling him is I have already told him once before, things took forever for us to get back to where we are. I dont want to loose my bestfriend, but I really think i do like him. We are really touchy feely with eachother , but i just dont know!

The last "obsticle" is the fact that my friend Ashley really really likes him, and my ex bestfriend may like him too. Im just so confused on how to handel this.
If I tell him, that could be the end of my friendship with him, and my two friends. If I dont tell him, that could make me just nuts!
