Sounds to me like she just likes attention and is going to do anything she can to get it. She also doesn't sound like a very pure, wholesome sort of person -- do you know how many other guys she gives lap dances to? Chances are, if she did those things to you, she's done them to plenty of other guys as well.

Here are my signs to tell if a girl likes you:
-You are in school or some other place and you look up and just happen to see her staring at you
-You talk to another girl and she acts funny or tries to break up the conversation or join in out of no where
-She asks you if you have a girlfriend (but this one is not guarantee because he could asking for a friend)
-She ask you alot of questions about yourself
-She seems to do anything for your attention even annoying things
-She gives you a longer hug than she gives other guys
