My ex dumped me july 2nd. she told me that she doesn't feel the same way anymore. That same night she came home and than left after 20minutes of talking. Than she ended up being with another guy that night who she works with and now they are living together. I knew the guy he is 20yrs old. It is now 23 days later and all her stuff is out my house that me and her lived in and i find out that this kid liked her for a long time and she did not know untill the day we broke up. he has already told her he loves her but she didn't say it back to him. I have lost over 26lbs bc i cant eat sleep or anything. I miss her so much and i feel like i cant do anything to change her mind on what she has done and make her come back to me. We hve been together for 6yrs and for her to just drop me like nothing. i hate myself so much. i need help.

There is this couple that live accross the street from me. Every time I'm outside, I hear them yelling at each other, the guy mostly. Then you'll hear the door slam. This goes on at least 3 times a week. And when I say accross the street, I mean I live on one side of a 4 lane road. Tonight I went out to yell for my cat to come in and I heard some crying. I noticed the girl was on the front porch, and crying like when you find it hard to catch your breath. I wanted to yell accross "Are you alright". But I didn't. I know this is not my place, but what I have seen of this couple, she mostly just sits at home. I'm the type of person who doesn't like to get in other's business, but I'm also the type that wants to help others. So if I ever came accross this again, do you think I should say something, even if it is a yell accross the street asking if they are alright. I know abusive relationships(my family, mom and sister were both in one) and from what I went through with them.

I have been a nanny for a family for three years. I recently met one of the families really close freinds and have watched the kids a few times so the couples could go out together. I kept telling the friends that they should let me watch their kids sometime. (the only person who does is the ladies mom and she is older and its hard on her) I talked to them tonight and we decided I would watch them saturday for the day, possible overnight. What Im wondering is, should I get paid? I really dont care if I dont, Im just not sure what is expected since I voluntereed... HELP!!

she always nags me about how bored she is and that i never pay attention to her.. she is a stay at home mom of our two year old daughter, and we only have one car. i take it to work and she ends up stuck in the house all week. she usually only gets out once or twice a week, and its usually to run errands, like grocery shopping and stuff.. she also says that i put the x box, tv, and computer before her.. is she just saying all this to manipulate me to do what she wants me to? (and what that is, i have no clue at all!!) who is right and who is wrong here?

and ladies, what can i do to make things a little better for my wife? and also the relationship?

I've been dating my boyfriend now for about 4 years, most of his family I get along with well but they have a lot of problems. I worry about getting sucked into their drama when I just want a life with my boyfriend. After 4 years together engagement and children come up a lot in conversation. His mother is an alcoholic and a gambling addict who has walked out on her family. She's made very sefish decisions that have driven her family into bankruptcy and shows no remorse for her actions. If my boyfriend and I have kids one day I wouldn't want her to have any part in their lives. I wouldn't want them even knowing she existed because I wouldn't trust her around kids. She's proven herself to be an extremely reckless, irresponsible and untrustworthy person. My boyfriend understands this and agrees with me but I worry that it will create problems down the road. Should your significant other's family play a role in whether you choose to take on a more serious relationship?

My sons (he is 16) girl friend called him & asked if she could come over for a while. He asked me & I said we were getting ready to cook dinner, but yeah she could join us for dinner. I asked him after he got off the phone if she was coming over. He said yes. I change my plans on what I was going 2 make because my hubby was working so he wouldn't be here, I was just going to make something fast for me & my 2 kids. But since she was coming over I didn't want her 1st dinner here 2 be some quicky dinner that didn't have much thought. So I made grilled steak & basil pasta. I get dinner all ready & tell my youngest to go & tell his brother & girlfriend that dinner is ready. My youngest comes in & says they are not eating. I was immediately furious. After she left which was about 30 minutes later. Which was after I ate & after I cleaned up the kitchen.After she left I told my son how upset I was & how rude it was. He & her don't understand why I am upset & that it isn't a big deal. It's RUDE

Well, im trying to help out my best freind and we have always been there for each other since we were 13 years old but well she found out this summer that she has been dismissed from college and this is her second dismissal and she has been having lots of trouble with her family cause her dad just left her mom recently for some lady hes been screwing around with for the past two years so...im trying to help her out cause i love her so much but im worried for her about school we both are close to graduation and i would hate to see her not cross the stage she has filed for an appeal and submitted all the paper work.. but i just would like to know if you guys think she will be alright?... thank you for your answers .

He was always a control freak with me and my 2 older sisters, and he and my 14 yr old son got into a physical fight 2 years ago. He thinks I am stupid and that I do not know how to raise my kids, or do anything to better my life. I am just afraid he is going to do her that way too, and ruin her special day. He likes the boy. She moved about 4 hours away from them to go to college to become a physical therapist for special needs children. I want her to be happy, and I wish her the very best, and I love her so much. She deserves a better life than I had growing up with my brother. We all grew up in a abusive/alcoholic home. I just hope she becomes very successful, and has a great life.

My son is 14, and he was watching The Terminator in his room. We walked in to see if he wanted to go out to Best Buy with us. My wife immediately cut the television off, and I asked what was wrong. My wife sternly insisted that he was too young to watch that. I understand that he is young, but he we let him watch any PG-13 movie (as he's 14), and ive talked about watching Rated R movies with him. He said he's watched them before, but only becuse his friends are allowed to, and he said he knows right from wrong. I understand what its like for a teen not to have any respect from adults with this matter, but he's very mature, gets good grades, knows what's real and not, but my wife wont budge. I said Ill watch the movies with him(as a guy thing), but my wife has put me on the couch about this, and believes that I should side with her, but my heart belongs to my son. I'll watch the movies with him, and Ill decide whats right and wrong, but my relationship with my wife is waning.

every1 keeps saying i need mental help! not because i'm stupid but because i need "too much"! apparently i need 2 much attention bc i have 22 bf's who can't give me all the attention that i am asking 4. another thing i am too spoiled... my parents give me wat i want wen i want it. but i'm only 12 and i don't no wat to do! i always feel rejected no matter wat i try to do, i always do it "wrong"! maybe i should just stop breathing bc maybe i'm doin that wrong too.

my sister in law is a widow(she was married to my brother who died last year). Amanda has two little girls, Cassie is four and Elsie is a year and a half.
