its a crime for a17 yr old girl soon 18 to be in love with a 14 yr old guy soon 2 b 15? I really need your opinion on this because i think these is wuts happenin 2 me and im freakin out and dont know what to do!!!

I wasn't thinking about being sexually active with him. I mean emotionally. The idea that I'm fallin is coming from my mind i didn't do anythin about it yet...i needed some advices. It's just something about him, the way he thinks, speak some guys my ages dont even think or speak like that!

3 years difference... as adults is not a big deal.
As teens, well... it's frowned upon. And of course - legally it is a crime if he's 15 and you are 18. You could go to jail if you are sexually active with him. He or his parents or Teachers for that matter could charge you with various 'crimes'.
I couldn't tell you how many people l interview/talk to who want to join the military, but can't because they were charged with having sexual relationships with someone who was underage. It is something that will affect everything for the rest of your life if you do get charged. Jobs, housing, finances, loans, everything.
That's the worst case - legal part.
But everyone is at different maturity levels... and you're both young. I'd say don't rush anything, but it's definitely something you need to think hard about. And then talk to him about.
If you aren't comfortable with it, l wouldn't do it. Period. There's a lot at risk. If he's serious about you, well, wait till he's old enough to be legal and take things from there.

im glad that you said that your not thinking sexually,now so longs as you understand that you cant have sex with him until he's at least 18, i dont think that age has any thing to do with love. Age is only a number, its a beautiful thing to connect with some one, just becareful, because as u connect love is so powerful u would want to make love, so find other alternatives such as a hug , talking so u can take ur mind of that moment and always stay in areas where people are so u can not be tempted and wont put urself in trouble with the law. avoid bedrooms and being home a lone, try double dating with friends, go to movies and beaches were people are , good luck am happy that ur may have found love

You wont have that much in common we change so much at your ages and remember nomatter how old he is he is still a guy and they know what to say to hook us in the begining give it time see where you are at in a year then make your choice as you see fit but dont think just because he is younger that he wont hurt you it doesnt work that way when they are smart they are smart at any age you will be able to do so much that he wont in a very short time that you will no doubt go your seperate ways anyway keep the conection but its crazy to get involved in a relationship think about how his family would react to the age differance it could get ugly

Just let it go for the time being. Boy mature even slower than girls. If he is only turning 15 he is only guided with one brain and probably doesn't really understand what love is. Move on to someone older. You will be fine.

well age is just a number my cousing was 20 going out with a 15 yro they were in love as long as you are not sexually active it is ok dont listen to the people who say its wrong they just have never been in love before

Ah dont be so surprized it happens alot thing is if you get together and hav e sex your in big **** then be friends even go out but no sex till hes older besides if you can get past that then you will know its serious

it is against the law and you should just go with people your own age. dont' thinkof thepast. you must know its wrong hes a child and you are an adult. it will be years before he can do anything such as job and make a living and you are already there. please for your own sake get soemone your age and move on.

I think the question here is WHY are you falling for someone that young...
WHAT similarities do you have? or Interests?
And as for being "legal" - it depends on what part of the country (or WHAT country) you are in. LOVE is NEVER illegal - but expressing it (sexually) can be ;);)
