This boy i have been talkin to for 3 weeks is already sayin he's fallin in love wit me, and im not feeling the same so what should i do without hurting his feelings

I do think it is possible to fall in love in 3 weeks, it happened to me before. Granted we did spend a LOT of time together, several hours daily.
In your case I would tell your guy that you are flattered he feels the way he feels, but you would like to take things slow.
Do you think you could fall in love with him?

i think it is possible to BEGIN falling in love in a short period of time but if you are not feeling the same maybe you should just talk to him and let him know he is moving a bit too fast for you, that you are not ready for a relationship and that you would like to remain Friends for the time being and if you think that it is possible for you two to have something special in the future just tell him you think it's best for you to take things slowly.
