Lets say you've been married for a few years or more. Your both loyal to eachother and have no problems. He/she got you a stripper for your bday/anniversary/etc.

How would you perceive this? Would you take offense, or enjoy the fun?

My husband and I are in the process of getting a divorce. We had one hearing and we have to go back. He will be out of town, so we have to get the paper work notarized so I can go to court without him.

He has been avoiding the subject and won't meet with me to get this done before he leaves. I even went to his apartment last night. I saw him drive through the lot with his girlfriend, and then they drove away.

I sent him a text message asking if he's playing a game. He didn't respond, turned his phone off and hasn't called me back. I don't understand why he is doing this. He says he is sick of me nagging him, but all I want is my freedom. And I would think he would want the same, for the sake of his girlfriend.

What can I do? Why is he being like this?

Some background, My husband and I have been married five years and seperated for about 3 1/2 of them. My daughter was just 3 weeks old when we left. We lived in one county and I moved to another county with my parents. He has since moved to another county all together. He was the one to file for divorce and his attorney told him about a law that we can not live more than 50 miles apart. We currently live just over 80 miles apart. When we get divorced I will have full custody and he will have visitation rights. My question is; Can they make me move 30 miles closer to him even though we have lives 80 miles apart for almost 3 years now?

Does your girl make more $$$$ than you? Are you ok with this or does it make you feel less of a man?

am 30 yreas old and I am "falling" for a female that is 20 yrs old. I have told her that we should only be friends, because I am REALLY TOO old for her. She said that she likes older men. When I am with her, it feels right, but when I think of her age I almost feel like I am robbing the craddle.

Question for you:

1. Do you think that the age difference it to vast?
2. Do you think that we should just stay friends because of this?

Your honest opinions are welcomed!

He asked me not to go on Orkut but when I refused he started writing nasty comments on my friends scrapbook. He says he does not like my family and that they misbehaved with him during our marriage. But that was ten years ago and he is not willing to forgive and forget.I tried going on Orkut without his knowledge..but told him as I felt I am not doing anything wrong...how do I make him see some sense?I dont want my friends to know how difficult he is...is this an important thing to fight about at all?

In my previous question many responders said that I should not feel hostile towards her but imagine the circumstances that brought her to become a prostitute. I found out she's charging $250 an hour and by the look of her doesn't look unfortunate in the least! If I only had the time and money to take care of myself that well....now I really don't feel sorry for any of them. Anyone agree with me on this?

First time on this catagory and it is full of mostly women paying out on the men in their life. Will my husband leave me, my husband is a cheat, he looks at other women ra, ra ra.
Then everyone agrees with the answerer and consoles them and says Yeah leave the assh*le.
Is this what women really think about.??
I am now depressed.

He would take revenge by doing the following:

Cheat on me and make me watch a 'crazy sex party' with him and another female, apply lube to the pair and video tape the sex. He would then make me watch the video over and over again with those metal eye openers from A Clockwork Orange.

Do you think that is appropriate revenge on a cheating wife? What would you do if your spouse cheated on you?

Its actually a friend of mine who really needs help. He left his horrible wife - who had been to jail several times for stealing - he got his own place and a job and wants the kids - then she up and moves to a abuse shelter claiming abuse - no evidence - and today he turned himself in on the warrant and they want 100,000 bond!!!!! he has no record and she has no evidence. This is her way of screwing him and he feels helpless. Is he helpless? Is there anything he can do? He cannot afford an attorney, so that is problem #1 - there is no way they set him a bil that high if he walks in with an attorney....ugh - can anyone help?

Is it ok to seek a consultation with a lawyer if you are contemplating divorce but not sure if you really want to go that route yet?

Apparently so, to certain 'men' on yahoo answers! I know, marriage would be a lot easier if women would just submit to their husbands like a well trained puppy or house pet, but it would be easier for women if men would do that and women could be the 'heads of the household'. Of course, both ways are degrading to one spouse.

What do you think?

What about equality and compromise?
