Certainly see your husband but I wouldn't even consider letting him come back until the previous issues are worked out.

Your ex & you don't really have a long history to base alot on.. you don't have children with him so that's not a reason to try to salvage the marriage. He left you & has been gone a year. What if he is just rebounding to you out of loneliness or his inability to retain a long relationship with someone else and not truly out of love? Your marriage may have the same problems as before if you reconcile.
Would you be more likely to stay w/ your present guy if you HAD already gotten divorced? If you take the ex back and it's the same problems that you two had in the first place then you will have sacrificed a successful relationship for a bad one. Is the man you're living with willing to marry you? Do you two have matching goals? If you stay where u are, get the divorce so your husband can truly move on. Good luck in your decision...

Only you can truly decide which guy youd be better off with. You are legally married to guy no.1, but happily living with no.2 unmarried. You do have a legal obligation to no.1 and nothing to no.2. You must decide whether happiness outweighs marital bliss here ad then go for itot you can join the Morman faith and have 2 husbands and alllive happily ever after. Good luck

well just because he wants to come back does not mean all those issues you were getting divorced for in the past are fixed, he might just see that you are so happy and he isn't so he wants you back but once he "has" you again are the probelms going to start right back up?

seeing him doesnt mean u must be with him. if u are happy now, keep it up. dont make the same mistake twice. if u decided to be with ur new guy, u must get divorce. at least the two of u (ur husband) could still be friends.
