Marriage & Divorce - 25 July 2007

My sister-in-law is recently divorced and is staying with us until she moves into her new house supposedly (or so she claimed) for 1- 2 week max.... that was 6 weeks ago.
She does nothing to help, only comes in when dinner is put on the table, contributes nothing and raids the fridge each evening, to top it all she glued her broken nail together on our new leather couch and spilt superglue on it, never said a word until I confronted her and all she said is sorry 'bout that..
I told my husband I wanted her out, we had a huge row he didn't talk to me for 2 days and when he did accused me of lying, being underhand, 2 faced and trying to drive a wedge between him and his family. We have been married for 24 years, I take his mother every christmas (for 3 days) as none of him family will tollerate her, this has been for the last 16 years.
He brought up an argument I had with a 'friend' of mine last year when I caught her talking badly about me and he said I was lying.

l'am with my husband for 17 years, lam 38 now and love him but in the last year l have the feeling that l need to be alone,he is wonderful in every way.l was a very young mom and marriage is all l know,l want to be myself and l hate to answer to someone but l do love to be with him ....l told him l need to be by myself but he is so sad he told me if l leave he will get a divorce.l am so confused because l am afraid to lose him but l dont think it is fair l am not giving 100% l need help ..........

my husband don't want to have any sexual desire. I mean nonexistant. not low, but none. I have tried for 2 years, to get him to talking , just tell me what's wrong? he gives me all the stupidest excuses one after the other such as:
1- I snore, can't breathe through the nose
2- I have headache, backache, oh, now I don't feel very well
3- I am tired, stressed, overwhelmed, thinking,,, worried
4- you're bad, you've made me sad, you've done this, that, be a better wife, and I'll sleep with you
5- It's your fault, sex is not everything, you're sex addict, why is it important anyway?

I must say, his sister and mother are exactly, I mean exactly the same, so it's a repetitive pattern that they are following with their partners, despite the fact that my husband is a man and not a woman.

He doesn't want to go councling, doesn't want to talk about it, doesn't look gay, I haven't found him cheating, so basically, I don't know what to do. Would you cheat?

My Ex & I have been on speaking terms & haven’t stopped seeing each other since we broke up. He started seeing a new girl I refer to her as "Grand AM Girl" (GAG), because he refuses to tell me her name (he says it isn’t important- what’s up with that). Recently we have been spending a lot of time together, going out to eat, the movies, doing things with my son (who he has helped raise since he was 4yrs old & is now 12), &continuing our sexual relationship. Shortly after I noticed he was seeing GAG, I asked him to lay it out on the line what he wants & expects & told him what I want & expect & asked him if he could meet my terms, he said he had to think about it & would give me an answer. I waited for about 2wks & then ran into he & GAG driving towards his house after the bar, he was driving her car, of course I was upset & told him so. A few days ago he called & said how important I was to him. I am still unsure of how to take any of this if I should consider reuniting or let him go?

to send flowers or a card to an X's parents funeral?

My X husband's dad died and, although his son and wife were wicked evil beasties, he was always really decent and straight up. I feel bad for his grandchildren (none of which are mine-his son and I didnt have any together thankfully!)and I know that he was the one that kept everyone sane. Would it be wrong to express this in any way?

I have been married to my husband for 7 years and we have two kids together. Since we've been married I've got him looking at other women on the internet who were his type before I ever came along into his life ( blonde with big boobs) I've also caught him talking to them online and the other women have shown pictures of them naked to him and I believe he himself has done the same thing to them. How do I help him with his sexual addiction and to have him focus more on me than himself and other women that were his type before I came along?

Hubby had to quit his job (it was seasonal employment). He is now unemployed. I work full time thankfully!
This whole week he's been staying at home watching our 3 kids (saving money on daycare costs).
Yesterday, my mom came over to watch the kids so that he could go to an interview at a temp agency. He was suppose to come to my work after my mom showed up to get directions to the place. He never showed. He left his cell phone with my mom in case of an emergency (we don't have a land line). He told my mom that he thought he knew where the place was and left. He never went. Supposedly he spent like 6 freakin hours looking for jobs in one area - but not once, did he go in and put in a f**king application. No where. We are sinking fast in the finances, it's bad.
My questions - What was he thinking? What was he doing all that time? I did ask if he was out messin around on me, he said no, but who knows. What kind of a man does sh*t like this? Any advice what to do?

I recently remarried a man who has 2 children. Their Mom has never been in their life for over a month at a time and has never paid him child support. She is in and out of jail, and we can never locate her address...are there any means to getting her to have to pay back child support and current child support? She needs to realize that her kids are still her responsibility even though shes not a real mom to them!

my daughter is 13 and now in trouble and we meet with probation in morining. She got mad at me and has now been at her dads for 1 week. He stays at his moms who lives in a 1 bedroom apt and him and my daughter sleep on floor or couch
I live at my moms in a house but i have 1 boy who has his own room and my 2 girls and i share a room. He is behind 68,000.00 in child support, does not work and the only reason she wants to stay with him is that he sets no rules for her and I do. She wont talk to me and he wont either. Neither one of us has custody over her and we were never married. Can probation make her come back to me?

i married to my husband 6 yrs ago. both our 2nd . he made his both sons (44 & 42 yrs old) benificiary to his fedility (stocks about $ 160,000.00 )and his retirement funds which is about 5,000.00 a month yrs before we met. his both sons recently inherit $1/2 million (each) from their grandmother (on mother side) & they also own their own business & homes. my question is what happens to me if he's gone? i don't have any savings or any investments. i work as a sales person(jewelry) & i pay for all my expenses (exccept rent and utility) and i pay for my sons collage. i make about $1,600.00 a month.we also live in state of colorado. pls help me i need to know now because every time we get into an argument he wants me to leave and get divorce. before i marry him, i had a fairly good job,with a little bet more pay than now, a nice car, and an aprtmt (rent)) i am 53 yrs old and my husband is 71, & in much better health condition than i. he is a retired engineer & very proud of himself
