I have a friend in his 40s, been married over 20 years, has kids. Now he says he's met 'the perfect woman' for him, and that he's desparately unhappy in his marriage. His wife wants him to stay and work through their problems, but right now he's living at home and still seeing the other woman almost every day. His kids don't know the truth (for sure) but most of the people he knows do, and disapprove.

Why would a guy do this?

I was dating my exgirlfriend for quite some time and she ended up pregnant. After the preganancy it got worse to the point we broke up and never talked. I found out that my child was born and I called her and she said that she does not want my help at all. I offered to support the child and be responsible but she does not want my help. I m wondering if down the road she changes her mind can she get back child support from the day the kid was born even though I m not in the child's B. C. Can the court rule on her favor?

Okay my wife(Samantha) and I have been having...urges for physical contact and we have been trying really hard not to but it is getting harder. For example: We were on the beach and we were chasing after each other. It was near sunset nad she caught me and put me down to the sand. I Kissed her and the kiss got deeper and as we went along we "explored with our hands" which led to under the close touching and we were nose to nose and staring deeply in to each others eyes and we both saw lust!!

I am having some problems with my ex. We were never married but have 3 kids. We live in Ohio. Someone told me that I can file for emergency custody. I have done web searches but can find nothing. Would anyone happen to know anything about this?

So I went on this double date last night and I am trying to tell if this girl was flirting with me. At first she was quiet then as the night went on she touched my arm about 3 times and was constantly laughing at my jokes. My friend also told me he saw her staring at me when I was looking at something else. I am moving to Florida with my son so that he can have therapy. My husband is staying where we live and he wants us to have an open marriage while I am gone. I will be gone for one year. I ended the affair because I felt judged by my concience. In truth I have recently known love in a way I never believed possible. I was a virgin when I married have been faithful 25 years and now the last two years found love. I have sacrificed this love for the sake of a marriage which is and always has been difficult. My husband suffers from depression. Has been violent in the past. But we keep up the middle class professional veneer in our small town. My heart is breaking. I know there are those of you who will say I am an adulteress and all things bad. I don't want to hurt anyone, I never imagined myself in this situation so before you judge....
Please what I need to know is anybody done similar turned their back on the man they truly and deeeply love through a belief that marriage is for life whatever. I am in bits here....may not be making as much sense as I would hope. Why is the question in my head, why find love at 50 years of age and be unable to pursue.
