I would like to comment....I have never cheated on my husband.
Regardless, if you cheat on your spouse that would tell me several things.
1. Not trustworthy
2. Lacks self respect
3. Not mature enough to handle the situation (s) that led up to the affair.
If your cheating, then you previously had not been honest about your commitment at all. It makes trusting for the other person non-exsistant, even though all is "forgiven".
If your cheating, I'd set the other person free in your real relationship as most do not wish to stay with someone who they "thought" loved and respected them.

Have cheated. Will tell if asked by spouse. The person I had the affair with was a coworker and it was simply a sex thing we are still good friends.

Do i regret cheating -- no not at all-- i have strong feeling for the person I cheated with and will never regret it. i did not go out looking to cheat it just happened...I did toy with the idea of telling the person I cheated on but right now i do not think it will be a good idea..maybe in the future. i am still very close to the party I cheated with and we talk all the time and I think of him often. We have feeling for one another but we both know it will never work out for either of us right now.

I regretted NOT cheating on my spouse at one point. Then I realized that cheating would have been against everything I believe in...so at least I could look at myself in the mirror.

I won't tell, i do regret, but it wasn't totally my fault either. I don't wanna go that route ever again.

i can honestly say i haven't cheated on my husband but i think most people wouldn't tell on them selves if they get away with it!
