Marriage & Divorce - 6 August 2006

if someone you trusted called you white trash to your wife by mistake in an email(he inadvertenly sent it to my email adress instead of hers) what would you do. a quick synopsys. my brotherinlaw who i've known for 30yrs has been dissing me for years. my marriage is ready for the dr. phil show. I am a christian man with forgiving tendencies, but I cannot forgive him as a matter of fact I HATE HIM. I took this man and his wife for over 6 months for chemotherapy spent hundreds of dollars on gas and about 20-30 hours a week driving back and forth to the hospital. we vacationed at there home for 2 weeks they have spent many many vacations at our home. I thought this JERK was a friend but I was played big time. What would posess a person to make believe they like you(he should get an accademy award for this) and after all I did for him to bash me to my wife when he knows we are having great difficulty as it is? also my wife has done nothing to defend me should she? your answers are needed

my wife has been in an affair off and on for over two years. first time she and him were caught she denied ever having sexual relations. same as second and third. i wanted to believe in her more than anything. she is a very manipulative person and i only see the real woman i know when it is just me and her. we will never be again i do know that but my daughter is torn between us i am from a divorced family and know how she is feeling. divorce and everything has changed alot from25 years ago. what can i do to get custody of my little girl. my soon to be ex and daughter live with her parents now but every other night my soon ex stays night at bf house and leaves daughter with her parents.she has no job doesnt intend on getting one and is trying to get her parents to start her in college. she is 30 and also has two other children by two different dads. i have been there for all of them i consider them mine straight from the heart.

i cant get a word in edge-wise,she doesnt believe a word i say and now she filed a restraining order against me and i cant even see my kids.she is cleaning our house out,stereo,computer,tv's,all the pictures off the walls,etc......she wont answer any phone calls,and when she does all we do is yell at each other.i now live at my shop and really miss my family!!its my fault for cheating to begin with,but i dont think i should loose everything!
