I am single but as far as i can think of are stated below:

1. The loyalty and sincerity between the individuals.
2. The right chemistry not just between the individuals and but their families as well.
3. The habit of forgiving and living up to your partner's expectations or at least try to meet them.
4. A decent or healthy financial background or status.
5. Long term planning(which does include gaps between pregnancy) for personal and children's education and growth.

TRUST, RESPECT, HONESTY, AND COMMUNICATION::

APPRECIATING EACH OTHER AND SHOWING WAYS OF THAT.

TELL EACH OTHER EVERYDAY WHAT MAKES YOU APPRECIATE ,TRUST, RESPECT THEM.(THIS IS COMMUNICATION)

AND SOMETIMES BETTER TO AGREE TO DISAGREE. NOT ALL COUPLES AGREE ON EVERYTHING.
