Recently there was a small arguement between me and my wife. After that day we are not at all comfortable with each other. I dont wish to talk and share things with her. Life is boring and miserable.

Why is it that women in relationships have so many mood swings? And what is the best way for a man deal with these swings to keep the peace?

I'm not saying that we men don't have our own issues. I know we do.

and so many of his friends and mine.i want to call it quits but cannot be able coz of the embarassment and shame.but trully i dont love him.i dont know how pple will take me and am worried to hurt my family who loves him very much.i feel like running away to another part of the world where nobody knows.i wonder what i have been doing with him for the past 5 years.he does not know this and believes i still love him. i know i will hurt him bad coz at his age he want to settle down.he have really helped with my education by paying my fees and i feel terrible if i leave him.his behaviours can tell that he is careless and does not care about my emotions he cares for his friends more than me and this leaves me feeling so unloved.so i figure if i marry him it might be terrible but he claims am the one who is nagging with petty issues. where do i run to and hide?

We have had issues w/me drinking... His meth use, dishonesty & the 19yr old that worked for us , that he has visited, IMs ,TXTs & speaks to... practically daily. Like, "finishes taking care of me"...& according to his Cingular bill is immediately on the phone or whatever with her. This is eating me up. I am not at our home for the time being, because I don't want stress, anger... around our 16yr old son. He is a great kid, smart, knows to a certain extent whats up, but still a kid. We r not final yet, but I have no hope or desire of reconciling, neither does he. But I still keep searching for more proof, evidence whatever... HELP

my wife is with me right now, and she is asking this question. we had problems with out marriage and its all me i know that, i think about sex alot. the questions shes asking is " how do i trust my husband again?" my wife found a txt message a sent to another girl on my cell fone. she was pissed off but i told her we just txt on instant message. we went to marriage therapist. 2 months passed and we are doing good. she forgives me cause she loves me. i love her too. she just doesnt trusts me and she wants to again, but she doesnt know how.

People do not try to keep the marriage by changing their wrong doing in order to reconcile with their spouses. Instead, they use international dating or new mate finding websites as a means to meet new women or men to build new relationships and leave the ones they have for years. The immoral spouse do not have to become better persons but easily decide to move on for there are many opportunities in the internet to move on. They continue deceive themselves that their bad behaviors are accepted by other people out there who do not know the truth. We should be able to stop this abusive behavior that destroys the marriage and the lives of the children due to broken families as result of this dangerous opportunity.

i actually don't wish the 1st wife is still so innocent and is not aware at all about husband's marriage with another. Sometimes, I would like to turn up and tell her that "you are my big sis and hubby is being fair to both families". But deep down in my heart, I just can't bring myself do so coz she might not able to accept the blow because she is uneducated, not skillful neither not knowledgeable, stubborn and too dependant on hubby.

However, when I discuss this matter to my hubby, he would always replied to me that he will handles tactfully. I would not interfering his acting but I do warned him that if anything happened on him, I would brought my children and pay the last respect in front of the 1st wife and other of his family member.

Pls advise what other methods could resolve in a win win situation?

Does that make me an idiot? she had some serious problems in her childhood (abuse, neglect, etc) so I always thought that her issues with me were related to that. I guess i kept trying to "save" her and hope that one day she would quit cheating. she even had other full blown relationships. she told me that she has a personality disorder, and i believe it because sometimes she would do things that were totally not her(like eat food she hated, talk in a different accent, refer to herself by a dif. name)
i really love her but i dont want to be cheated on all the time either.

I have dealt with emotional, verbal, mental and economic abuse besides other types--except physical. My children have seen the end results by looking at my face. They've seen me sad. They have been subject to this madness just by how I've been treated. I try not to answer the phone. I try to stay focused on rebuilding my financial outlook and getting stable for my children. Me and my spouse had 2 together (2yrs, 3yrs---3yr old has severe autism). Yet, I have 5 altogether. He is a master manipulator and I'm tired of my kindness and forgiveness being misused. The name-callings still ring in my head. The jekyll/hyde behavior still flashes in my mind. He lives 2 spaces away from me, and I'm trying to find another place.
