She's a real girly girl. She likes The Jonas Brothers,shopping,taking pictures, going to the nail salon,dancing,baking, ect. She has an ipod and a cell phone already. She loves the tv show Friends on TBS. But I don't want to give her a gift card or money though. She's not really into playing video games or being outside too much.

I met this girl about 9 years ago and she strongly believes we are distant relatives, I feel it's possible. Now here's the thing, we were among some people and I introduced her as my friend. She said, "no I'm not, I'm your cousin". I said to the people, "we are distant cousins"..because I didn't want it to seem like we were first cousins or soemthing because we are not. But, I feel more comfortable introducing her as "friend" and then when I get to know the person better, tell them our family connection. Anyways, she became really upset I didn't introduced her as cousin. I brought it up and apologized to her. However, I felt she was being a bit too sensitive and I felt embarrased when she stormed away and said to my friend that she was upset I called her "friend" instead of cousin, instead of privately coming to me. What do you guys thnk about this?

i still cant stand my roomate, whenever she is near me i get annoyed. when i came back in last night she said she was going out which i didnt care and i didnt care what tiime she came home either but when she did get home it was 1:30ish and she was acting weird i decided to go to bed. she was over by the door and kept unlocking and locking one of the locks a bunch times and was laughing about it. then she came and got something out of i think the fridge and went over by the bathroom and was doing something making noise then she was doing something else but i didnt know what. then she went to bed and left all the lights on. i want to switch roomates because she just always annoys me with her presence, shes 3 years older than me and i just overall dont like her. what should i do?

My peers can be quite uncommunicative. Dad's even worse - he doesn't talk to me normally and would usually shut himself off by watching TV or reading newspaper at home. And my peers - especially the ones who play lots of sport - usually don't communicate much and express their true feelings. As a sentimental, rather emotional guy I feel quite frustrated by this trend. What's wrong with guys nowadays?

Well, this year I would like to go out with a bang. This may be my last year at my school because I may be transferring to a new High School. I was wondering how can my friends and I become more popular this year? We are all thinking about trying out for cheerleading this year so we're going to see how that goes. I talk to some of the popular kids but not that major ones... It's not that I'm a loser or anything it's just that I want to be respected my last year here and I want to take all my friends with me :)

Any ideas and tips will help big timee..

Since my return from Seville where I've lived a little over 2 years, I've stayed at my old schoolmate's house in Ann Arbor, Michigan. I arrived here at the beginning of August.
My parents live in Troy Michigan, but I've not gone to see them, because when I left the States they were very angry with me for leaving. Since then we've had no correspondence with each other. When I left they felt betrayed I hadn't discussed it with them. You see, I was becoming stagnant, a zombie of some sort just existing, not living, not happy at all.
In Spain I've re-discovered an aliveness, I'd lost in Michigan. Now, this is the problem; I'd like to see my parents NOW, and seek peace with them, and show them how the move has made me a happy and very productive at what I do.
I'd like to just go "HOME", ring the bell, say hello, I've missed you, but I'm afraid I'll be rejected for having followed my own heart. Please, would you advice me what to do? Every day my heart feels heavier with sorrow!

My roommate lost lots of weight and she tring to make me feel uncofterble about myslef.Don't get me wrong I lost weight also but I can care less to be skinny! I am a divorced mom living in Hawaii and I often use a chat room that is for people in Hawaii. I have met a lot of my friends that way. I have emailed for a few months with a woman who just moved to Hawaii (a different island) with her husband and we became friendly, so I invited her to stay with us if they ever came to my island. They planned a trip here and arrived yesterday. We had a bbq at my house and then went to the beach in the afternoon and out to dinner last night (they paid). This morning I drove them halfway around the island to a beautiful beach where we swam and snorkeled. Then we went shopping and out to lunch and saw some other sights. When we got home, I took a quick nap but my son didn't sleep. When I woke up, they told me they had decided "we'd all be more comfortable" if they stayed at a hotel tonight. I dropped them at the hotel without speaking to them for the entire ride. My feelings are really hurt as I feel I've been used. What do you think?

mad at me,cause she found at that I have been chatting with a guy friend more then I chat with her,see she use to be my best friend but it didn't work out,so we decided just to be friends,but she still treats me like I am her best friend even,though anyways when she found that out she started asking me weird,even personal questions about him,which I denided too answer which got her really up-set then she threatend me with I thought you were my best friend,why can't you tell me And I said,cause he trustes me with his secrets,and I never tell a friends secret(s) then she started asking me do you care about him more then me And I didn't really answer too that,which I think had her get the wrong idea,I think she was getting jealous,because of the way she was acting,but I don't know why,though (M.q.i.) why is she being like this? im 15 & im a freshman. on first day of school, there were mean girls. in math, i was talking friends, these popular girls walked up to us. they started asking me questions. like "whats your name?" and "who do you hang out with?" they keeped asking me these weird questions. it was like being interigated. i was embarrassed. my hair was messy. the two popular girls were whispering infront of me. they were gossiping about me. i heard one girl say "her hair looks bad". i just stared at them with a sly look on my face. my face looked bitchy. then they told me i could go. what does that mean?

She said she would probably sleep with him after they have gone out for a year which is in a couple of months. She is 15 and told me before she had a boyfriend that she would like to wait until she is engaged to have sex. When i asked her why she felt that she should sleep with him she just said "because i want to".
