im 15 & im a freshman. on first day of school, there were mean girls. in math, i was talking friends, these popular girls walked up to us. they started asking me questions. like "whats your name?" and "who do you hang out with?" they keeped asking me these weird questions. it was like being interigated. i was embarrassed. my hair was messy. the two popular girls were whispering infront of me. they were gossiping about me. i heard one girl say "her hair looks bad". i just stared at them with a sly look on my face. my face looked bitchy. then they told me i could go. what does that mean?

Popular means "well liked" I imagine they're not well liked. The question is: why didn't you stand up for yourself?
You are probably more mad at yourself than you are them. They're just catty little hussies and life's fully of them. You are better than that. It doesn't matter if your hair was messy.

You are going to have this situation all of you life! even if you are the mean girls there are other mean girls who do the same thing. The only thing I can tell you is to comfortable with yourself and don't let them get to you! You have your friends who love you for who you are and not what you look like? Those are the people you should care about. Just let them know that you don't care what they think. and any smart *** comments you can make, that always makes me feel better.

Next time someone does that to you, ask them if they are writing a book. If you hear them say anything about you again, ask them what is the matter, they have no life, so they have to put their nose into your business. The tell them to grow up. They are just immature. Who you hang with and what you do is none of their business. If they had a life of their own, they would not have the time to worry about yours.

There will always be girls who have such low self esteem that they HAVE to run in packs. There's nothing wrong with being a part of a group of friends, but when girls regularly act like snots and talk down to others outside their own little circles, you should just avoid them. It will save you hundreds of hours of needless drama.

Well, next time they do anything like that, just start being sarcastic, trust me, it should work, when you start being sarcastic to them they'll get mad and walk away, plus it'll give your friends a good laugh too ; ) Or when they start whispering about you, in front of you, just say, "do you have a problem, besides that ugly thing growing between your shoulders.................oh, sorry, it's just your face." ; ) Then just walk away, trust me, I did it before and it worked like a charm. Just don't be afraid to smart mouth stupid people like that.

It really doesn't mean anything. Those who like to pick on other people are just jealous or have nothing better to do so they have to try and make other people feel bad about themselves. I would just ignore it and act like it's not bothering you. If anything gets worse I would just inform someone. They are only after attention. Trust me, years from now it all won't matter.

ooh tough. if they wont stop bothering u , all u have 2 do is ignore them or when they started to get up and walking ur way from a distance, just pretend like u didnt c them, and just walk away in another direction while talking with ur friends. I tried it before, and it should work probably.

this means that they were making fun of u and now your gonna have enemys and rumors. thats highschool. they want to get the info on as many kids as possible so that they can use it against u later. dont answer their questions.

the best way to disarm an enemy is to give them a reaction that they never expected. it works for me all the time. when they want to make you angry, give them a huge laugh and walk away. if they ask you something pretend not to pay attention and wlk away. do it 2-3 times and it will be fine

My educated guess their not the best people even to bother worrying about... From first hand experience their is to much drama even being with stuck up people such as the ones you may be referring to.... Best thing I can say to you is let it be........lol
